Negative experience: Terrible quality of the chicken that was delivered to my family in Guantana; it was skin and bone, and the pieces looked like those of a 5-day-old chicken. The quail pieces have more meat than what my mother received.

Negative experience: Due to confusion, I sent a money order with 5 pounds extra and they did not refund the money. The scale at my house showed 9 and a half pounds. The postal scale showed 11 pounds including the box, and they said it weighed 14 and a half. They scammed me right in my face. I won’t send anything else with them. I have been a customer of this agency for years, an agency through which I have traveled to Cuba even, and I have always used their services up to today. This is my second terrible experience, the first with a money transfer that took much longer to arrive than the time they gave me for delivery, even to the point of having to go to the agency twice to claim in person and say that I was going to pick up my money back. And my last experience was with the shipment of a cellphone, I was told it would be delivered in a week, and now it has been 15 days, and it still hasn't arrived. The worst part is that when you call, they start giving excuses and saying that they have delays, and the deadlines start to stretch. Don’t lie to customers anymore; if there are delays, say so, and this way the customer has the freedom to decide with whom to make the shipments. 0% recommendation for this agency. As of today, I was a customer of 'Varadero Express' or better said 'Varadero Delay'.

Negative experience: Hi there, for those are reading this message, paid attention for what in going to said: I been going to this this agency for 4 years, everything I sent to my family goes to my family and the delivery is fast and effective, but my concern is that the employees they not quite sure what they said to the people when they ask for something more than once. One employee said one thing on the phone and another said another different thing. I mean it doesn’t make sense when you have business like that, you have to said directly to the people only one thing , don’t change the subject. That’s why all the woman’s who worked for him they are so annoying and so gossipy all the time. Male who is the owner he’s aware of those things and he doesn’t care about it. I’m gonna give them one star because they don’t deserved more than that. I’m not gonna come back ever again to this awful place.

I sent money to Mayabeque municipality - I asked about the delivery time and the percentage they charge, they told me 3 days, and they give you 4000 pesos for 100 dollars. They bring it to your doorstep. A week has passed, and they called my 86-year-old family member to see if he can go pick up the money because they have COVID. What am I supposed to do? I called the agency, and after waiting 23 minutes, they told me in the worst way that they will make a complaint, but that these things happen!!! Perfect, these things do happen, but why don’t they mention it before sending the money??

As far as I’m concerned, never again. After so many calls, they haven’t attended to me, and I haven't been able to make my transfer. However, my transfer is already made through Zelle as they request.
