Positive experience: They messed up on my parent’s pick up location and she missed the bus. They did change the date but it was an inconvenience for my parents to leave 2 days after the original date.

Negative experience: I will never use this line again in my life. The driver had a bad temper, they left me in a place that was not safe, and on top of that, they took 20 dollars from each of us supposedly to pay customs. Very poor service.

Negative experience: I traveled from Minneapolis to Puebla, Mexico and the service was terrible! If they know the trip is long, they should have an appropriate bus. The bus was horrible and uncomfortable; for what they charge, it should be a first-class bus! I was supposedly going to arrive at my destination at 8 in the morning and I arrived until 4 in the afternoon! The movies they show are old! I would never recommend traveling by that bus line!

Positive experience: Long trips are very tiring because the seats do not recline at all and you can't rest. Being in the same position for more than 24 hours is extremely heavy. The staff is very attentive.

Positive experience: Previously, they had good service but as demand increased, the service got worse. During holidays, they can't cover the routes, and the routes they do have become longer, going through cities that are not on the route, like Zamora, and even going as far as Lagos de Moreno. In Irapuato, a lot of time is also wasted because they go deep into the city center. That is my humble opinion.

Negative experience: They don't know how to accommodate people. They assign you a seat but they don't respect it; there's a lot of lack of communication. I will start looking for another bus line.

Positive experience: Transportes Chayo is excellent in terms of value when going to Mexico, but the round trip is extremely slow, especially when we reach the border of Nuevo Laredo. It's a shame that when we arrived in Laredo, it took us about 8 hours waiting there when we arrived at night and it was a very terrible experience. So far, our overall experience with this service is quite good and we hope to see greater improvements in the future the next time we book our tickets.

Positive experience: The trucks are very old, and the seats are very tight. I have seen white trucks, I don't know about those, but the yellow one that went to Durango was very bad, there was a hole in the floor letting in cold air, the bathroom didn't work, and there wasn't even a TV.

Negative experience: This is the first time I travel by Chayo transport and it was one of my worst experiences. Very bad service, uncomfortable seats, no air conditioning, the TV screens didn't work, and the bathroom was the worst—very dirty with an unbearable smell, something unhygienic in the middle of this pandemic. We told the driver to clean it, but he did nothing. Supposedly, we were supposed to arrive at our destination at 2 PM, and we got there at 9 PM. I believe that for such a long trip, better service is expected. The bus number is 0234. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

They bring screens and don't turn them on... and sometimes they leave looking at their cell phones... What a pity because I understand that because of a few drivers, the reputation that the company is carrying suffers.
