Negative experience: I have been a AAA Club Member for about 5 years and I love the benefits, but the clerk Lisa is horrible extremely rude and condescending. I come in to pay my tags or car tittle changes and she is always trying to get me to see some guy name Alex to get insurance. This last time I was interested to get a quote I wanted to see the next agent available but she put me as if I asked for this guy named Alex and had me waiting for almost 30 mins before she even put me on the list to see and agent. When I asked why she got upset and very rudely and loud told me that I had asked for him just so everyone can hear. I told her I never asked for anyone and that she just wasted my time. I will now on make the drive to Thousand Oaks or even the Camarillo branch office to avoid that rude lady Clerk Lisa who thinks she own that branch. Horrible customer service.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here!! And had tons of help with paying my vehicle registration and title copy and transfer of ownership. Normally you go to the DMV and they just give you forms and say "fill it out" and most of us can understand how they work or what to fill. But here I was explained why and where information is needed in the paper work and walked through the process (I've never done before) all thanks to Sarah at the front part of the building by the entrance. She was amazing at explaining everything and helped me get in and out in under 25 minutes. Normally I'd be in 4 hours of lines at the DMV but I'm glad I came here. Thanks Sarah!

Fantastic experience: Went to the Simi Valley office with paperwork for 5 different vehicles with titles changes and registration. Jane was amazing, helping us very quickly and answering most of our questions before we asked them. We then went to Andy for our vehicle inspection. He was very nice and funny. Altogether we might have been there 45mins. DMV time would have been all day! Thank you AAA!!!! (Hope I got their names right, everyone there was WONDERFUL!!!!)

He didn't try to sell me a new battery, but did charge the one I had. I asked him if I could purchase one; the price was fair, so I did. A great experience, considering...

Fantastic experience: I love AAA! All of the employees are so helpful & friendly! I've been a member for years! They come to your rescue anytime you break down, have a dead battery, lock keys in car, run out of gas,etc... I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes for tow truck & every tow driver is extremely friendly & professional. The membership also includes travel. Anywhere you want to vacation they set everything up for you. There is also life insurance people & car insurance. We save almost $500 going with their car insurance. AAA is awesome!

I was impressed with the professional and organized nature of the staff, as well as the CV-19 safety protocols in place.

Negative experience: My daughter called for a flat battery in Simi Valley and waited for 2 hours and no one showed up. The contractor for AAA claimed to have showed up but never did and never contacted her. She called 3 times for updates and had to wait about 10 minutes each time. It is really poor service.

Fantastic experience: They're always pleasant, professional, try hard to meet your needs, all in as timely as manner as possible

Negative experience: Should be called the unauthorized car dumping and debt collecting "club" of Southern California. They think they can just dump cars anywhere and hey if I owe you money maybe try sending me a bill so I can pay it. If you're a member I would recommend just periodically paying them random amounts of money so they don't screw up your credit.

Fantastic experience: Wow! This was really a great experience. I was under terrible time restrictions and I had to get a DMV renewal done. I didn't know if I needed or could get an appointment so I just went over. There was a little bit of a line but that is not their fault. Everyone was assisted politely and in the correct order. If anyone did get in line out of order the AAA employee's were quick to correctly guide them to where they should have been. I went out in a bad mood and expected many issues and delays. The trip did not disappoint. The assistance and professionalism at this stop actually improved my mood, made the trip shorter and ultimately made my day better. Take a bow. Well done! I am a long time member and it is this kind service and availability that will keep me an generation of my family as members.

Negative experience: They don't take debit cards for DMV transactions. They said it's DMV rules. Whatever. It still blows because we even the DMV takes debit/credit cards. No reason AAA Auto Club shouldn't be able to as well

Negative experience: First off, I absolutely love AAA and I have been a loyal customer for decades. That being said, this branch is without a doubt the worst I have ever had to deal with. Seriously, why is the service here so bad? Everytime I've gone, something always goes wrong and the staff is far from helpful. It's gotten to the point where I would much rather drive 20min to the nearest branch in the next town over where I know things will be done correctly. Do yourself a favor and go to Woodland Hills, it's worth it trust me.

Negative experience: Called. They claimed they DID YES IN FACT DO NEW CAR VIN AUTHORIZATIONSeven after i informed them we bought my 2020 explorer out of state and blah blah blah. Get there. Guy looks totally puzzled when i ask him to get a Vin verification. Asked what other paperwork i had and I said well none except for the paperwork form the dealership. He tells me you have to go to the DMV FOR THAT. . Ok fine. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL THEIR NICE AND FRIENDLY CALL CENTER THAT INFO SO other people dont waste more half hours in their busy days ?! Honestly people. Its just irritating you have been in business HOW MANY YEARS and your employees dont have access to look up what services each of your locations do and do not offer?? Your killing me AAA!

Negative experience: Make sure you verify and read your policy told me 1 thing and wrote it wrong cost me a 12.000 Truck and even addmitted maybe they made a mistake but online renewal made it my fault and refused coverage I even wrote the President and got pushed aside
