Negative experience: They are the worst. I needed to apostill a document. Mrs. Margarita told me that it would be ready in four weeks at most. After I paid for the service, they didn't care about keeping their word or respecting my time. They gave me the document three months later when it was no longer useful.

Negative experience: MARGHERITA Garcias no ayuda las comunidades me agredio verbalmente y fue rasista conmigo hasta me botó de la oficina gritándome y a su empleado lo trato en forma maleducada. Lo siento mucho por ese empleado que sube un abuso así de su “jefa” como ella grito que es tal cual. MARGHERITA Garcias no ayuda con imigracion solo cobra dinero a la pobre gente y es muy maleducada hasta con título vulgar se pone a gritar en frente de todos. Ella no es un ejemplo bueno para la comunidad y lamento diciendo que ese tipo de personaje hacen daño solamente . Me da tan tristeza esa señora porque seguro tiene un corazón pobre MARGHERITA Garcias does not help the communities, she verbally assaulted me and was racist towards me, she even kicked me out of the office yelling at me and treated her employee rudely. I am very sorry for that employee who uploads such abuse of his "boss" as she shouted that it is just like that. MARGHERITA Garcias does not help with immigration, she only charges poor people money and is very rude, even with a vulgar title, she starts yelling in front of everyone. She is not a good example for the community and I'm sorry to say that that type of character only does damage. That lady makes me so sad because she surely has a poor heart

Negative experience: Si se trata de inmigración son muy pero muy poco profesionales sobre todo la encargada de esta área, Margarita, me ofendía y se alteraba por cada cosa que preguntaba cómo que si yo estaba supuesto a saberlo todo, me llegó la cita y la perdí porque no me notificaron, me arrepiento totalmente de haber ido con ellos, son simplemente “ expertos en inmigración “ no son abogados, desde que la cosa se pone dura estarás solo y tu dinero ya se habrá perdido

Negative experience: Awful service. Stay away! If you get audited, you might as well be on your own. Use Turbotax or another Agency. Everything was going fine, until the IRS audited me. I was being charged +$400 by the IRS, so I contacted Miguel Jr., because that's what he was paid for. I contacted him multiple times about this problem and he just kept pushing me to the side and avoiding the problem. This went on for a couple of months, of me trying to talk to Miguel about this problem and trying to find out why they were charging $400. He couldn't tell me exactly why they were charging me, unless it was a mistake he made while filling the papers and he didn't want to tell me? He requested some papers from me, which I had given him already when we first filled the taxes. But anyways, I had to send them to him a couple of times!! and I still kept getting harassed by the IRS. So I kept contacting him about the problem. After a couple of months of dealing with this - while having the IRS harass me and adding interest to the bill - I guess he just gave up, and then completely ignored my emails. I pretty much ended up paying the debt before more interest was added to the bill. Turbotax is much faster, you do it yourself, and the amount that Turbotax charges is about $20 more. You get a live representative + they take care of everything if you get audited by the IRS. Plus, you get your money deposited into your bank account much faster!!
