Positive experience: Por qué en Google tienen en la información que cierran a las 6 PM y la señora que atiende allí exige que llegue uno a más tardar a las 4 pm, la ultima vez que fui me llamo como 20 veces para decirme que llegara antes de las 4 pm o cerraba, me senti precionada.

Negative experience: Muy mal servicio, la temperatura estaba a 118 y el camión sin aire acondicionado, falto poco para que las personas de la tercera edad se desmayaran, aparte cobran muchisimo para la aduana, el doble que las otras companias.

Positive experience: Siempre eh viajado aquí y me gusta mucho, solo la última vez tuve un problema ya que me pesaron una hielera para llevarla abajo y al medio camino me dijeron que tenia que subirla, me habían cobrado exceso de equipaje por esa misma hielera y nunca me regresaron el dinero

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with my experience travelling with FUDSA. We have been using this service for years. It is apparent that the buses used by this company are old and fragile. The trip last week was an utter nightmare. My traveling date was on Dec. 21. No one was informed that once we crossed the border in Juarez, Mexico that we were going to change buses. This unexpected change occurred at approximately 12 midnight. The announcement came from one of the bus drivers who told us that we were being moved to a different bus. The bus was parked behind a PEMEX gas station while it took the drivers 3 hours to switch our baggage to the other bus. Juarez is not the safest place to be at those hours of the night. When I booked our trip, I was not that concerned with going through the city without stopping. Our safety was at stake. We're finally on the road. Then at about 7:00 a.m the bus breaks down. Now we're stuck in the middle of the highway . It takes the bus drivers about 2 hours to get the bus started again. Once again, our safety is at issue. Passengers on the bus tried calling the owner to complain but no one answered the calls. I had already experienced another inconvenience when I used the same FUDSA buses to travel to Durango three years prior. The bus broke down as well in the early morning as soon as we had crossed the border. It took many hours for the bus drivers to start the bus again, but this time, the bus continuously stopped throughout the whole travelling time. We arrived at our destination many, many hours later. I was willing to give them another try after the first time of the bus breaking down but this last experience topped it off. The company has not made any effort to contact the travelers to apologize for a horrendous service .
