Fantastic experience: Great prices and beautiful service

Negative experience: They don’t pickup phones on Sunday. So if you’re traveling on Sunday and u hit into problems forget about reaching anyone. Even though they say they are in they don’t respond to phone calls. They also didn’t give me the best price. I checked later if I got a good price and found out I could get cheaper without them. I’m not gonna use them again. There’s more to the story with them but I won’t go into details here. Whoever had a good experience. I’m happy for you but just in case you end off with a bad experience you’ll know that someone else also did.

Fantastic experience: Honest Review: I cannot say enough good things about Eric Greenberger from Main Street Travel. When our flight to Israel was canceled by the airline at the last minute, Eric stepped in and was absolutely amazing. He found out about a charter flight to Israel and got us booked on it immediately. On top of that, he secured our return flights with El Al and arranged our stay at the Dan Panorama in Jerusalem. What really stood out was how Eric went the extra mile to make sure every detail was perfect. He even arranged for our children to be placed on the same floor as us at the hotel. His responsiveness was exceptional—he was answering emails at all hours, both early in the morning and late at night. It was clear that he was incredibly organized and attentive, which gave us peace of mind during a stressful situation. Eric came highly recommended by several families, and now I understand why. I would highly recommend his services and definitely plan on using him for future travel plans!

Negative experience: My experience in dealing with this agency can only be described as appalling. Besides being lied to on several different occasions, the company took advantage of us financially when they realized we didn't have any other option but to continue with them. They have enough business from the frum community, they don't care about the individual customers. It's all just a game to them. Use caution when dealing with Mr. W and his crew.
