Negative experience: Very bad service, my parents came from Mexico, they arrived at 8 am, it was very cold. The bus staff, Esteban, were there and didn't go to tell them to get on the bus to warm up; they are elderly people. Another lady was also freezing; they should have a place open 24 hours so people can wait while they are picked up because they never arrive at the time they say.

Fantastic experience: I have traveled on the VIP bus four times, although this last time I had a different experience; the suspension was hitting too much and I suppose it was some sort of failure. The operators never mentioned it to the passengers. The problem was only resolved when we arrived at a place I think it was Mathuala, where a person we never saw came up because we were not allowed to get off until we reached San Luis Mex. This caused discomfort among the passengers because we all arrived late but safely at our destinations. I just want to recommend that the buses be checked by a mechanic before leaving any point either in Mexico or Chicago.

Negative experience: Very cold temperature, I mentioned this to the driver and he said he would fix it but the cold remained the same, all the passengers were wearing sweaters and others with blankets night and day.

Positive experience: Everything is great except for the food; you have to go to the places that the drivers want, and the food is horrible. They should take you to places that you choose, not just those same places with terrible food.

Negative experience: My mom and I have been loyal customers for years but within the last year this place has gone downhill. I dont know if its because they have gained popularity but their service is no longer to "serve the customer." It's all about money now. They have increased their prices every few months to the point where it's no longer beneficial to even go on the bus, it's cheaper to fly. They use to have an incentive system where if you had 7 tickets you got a free trip and surprise, surprise, once we got all the tickets and called in to redeem, they said they are no longer honoring it. I use to recommend this place all the time but will no longer be doing so. They take advantage of their own people. It's a shame. UPDATE: Unfortunately, after reaching out to resolve the issue, my experience has only gotten worse. I contacted them multiple times, but instead of addressing the problem, I was given the runaround saying i would receive a call back which I never did. It’s been months now, and nothing has been resolved. Very disappointing, and I can’t recommend this service based on my experience.

Negative experience: My mom came back to Chicago from Maravatio and the driver behaved very badly. He didn't let them use the bus bathroom 8 hours before arriving in Chicago, my mom said, because he said the bathroom was dirty and that it had just been cleaned, even though people pay for the services. Last time buying a ticket here, the staff is unfair. They don't know how to respect people.

Positive experience: I think there was a small misunderstanding about the overweight. My wife and I traveled, and when I called to ask for information, not once but three times, I was told that each person was entitled to 2 bags of 80 pounds. And upon arrival, surprise, we had to pay more than 150 dollars in overweight fees. That's fine; I understand it's a business, but wouldn't it be better if we were informed from the beginning?

Negative experience: I wouldn't give them a zero because that's not possible, but this service is not good. I do not recommend it. The drivers charge you money to 'not check you at customs' and they do not give you enough time to eat and take care of your needs.

Negative experience: The buses are very good, but the service provided by the people selling tickets or those informing is horrible; they are arrogant and rude. My father approached to ask for information, and the man who was there was super mad because my dad didn't know the bus number. My dad is an elderly man, and when I saw this, I approached to see what was happening, and that was when he lowered his tone. My dad told me that he was talking to him very harshly and even tried to speak loudly to me. What is wrong with these men? They are supposed to help their customers. It's horrible treatment. What's the point of having good buses if they are not good people?

Negative experience: They have a voluntary charge of 35$ for crossing faster, so when buying the ticket, ask about that fee because those who sell it are aware, and once it is purchased they are complicit. However, they do not say anything during the purchase.

Positive experience: My only complaint is about the places we stopped to eat. There's so many places to eat on the way. If bus drivers get the meals free, we don't, so we deserve better. My only complaint is the place where we stopped to eat, especially the places in Mexico; I think there are many better options. The restrooms are terrible. Good service, good buses, but they need to change where they stop to eat.

Fantastic experience: No transfers, you arrive faster at your destination, good price, friendly and attentive operators, they have VIP departures with double-decker buses with individual seats, comfortable buses that are always clean with air conditioning that always works, they stop for short times so you can get off, stretch, eat or buy something, every year I travel from Michoacan to Chicago and I wouldn't change this line for another!
