Fantastic experience: This place is great! If you're looking for someone who's going to fight to get you the best deals and prices, the woman Angie here, is your girl! I've been doing my business with her for years from taxes to flights, I won't go anywhere else. There's been a few times where I've needed a last minute flight and Angie was there to help with the stress and saved me money. Now that she's moved from Little Village to the Midway area, it's even better. This woman reminds me of a Mexican tia and feels like home, I suggest stopping by.

Fantastic experience: Always communicated when needed. Was able to find cheaper tickets after a purchase was made. We let her know our budget and how many days we wanted to travel for have her or top 3 locations. She did her magic. The hotel she booked us has great reviews. Angelica has been my parents to go travel agent, this is my second time working with her and will definitely let her help me do another spontaneous trip just this time adults only.

Negative experience: 3/10/21 hace unos instantes marque a este lugar usando Google map para saber hacerca de un vuelo para mexico y la señora que atiende el teléfono se escucha ya anciana y no pone atención a lo que le contestas, despues me dejo en espera más de 10 minutos y no volvió a contestar ...creo que deben cambiar de personal más eficiente ya que en ningún momento la acose o moleste como para dejarme esperando a que contesten,..que falta de respeto al cliente.

Negative experience: El servicio al cliente es MALISIMO definitivanente No lo recomiendo, si hacen preguntas se molestan y te tratan de mentiroso, el servisio de silla de ruedas se ofrese en TODAS las aerolineas, la mujer Angelica me decia lo contrario y que ella tenia razon por q tenia años de experiencia al pareser sus añitos son de enbalde, pobresita.

Negative experience: Very rude receptionist.! My mom simply asked her if she can add an extra luggage, since the option of doing it so wasnt offered, the lady got mad because according to her she had to start all over with the ticket reservation! But as her job she should be asking customers about extra luggage info before proceeding with the reservation, my mom was asking her other questions and this woman was just not having it she was answering rudely and getting mad! She kept saying "ash señora ahora tengo que regresarme bla bla bla" In the afternoon I called and the person who answered was their "supervisor", I adressed the situation to her and she said my mom was lying that she was right next to the person who my mom was speaking too and the lady was being nice. Then I asked her if someone else besides the woman my mom spoke too can help us book our flights, she said " let me find out what exactly happened and I will call you right back"! Such a lier! She first said she was right there with the lady who was speaking to my mom , then says let me find out what happened Does not make any sense. By the way she never returned back the call! It was probably another employee pretending to be the supervisor.
