Positive experience: All the restrooms were out of service. This is something they need to prevent because travelers typically use them as one of the first things upon arriving at the terminal after hours of travel. There was also a very bad smell. It can be understood that there may be a water cut, but for that reason, they should take precautionary measures. This occasion was very poor.

Negative experience: The cost-benefit for international travel is not good, the bathrooms had no water to wash hands, therefore the toilet couldn't be used, on the trip to the USA the connector didn't work and the movies that were shown were terrible.

Negative experience: It was terrible, the truck was broken down for almost 3 hours. The arrival was scheduled for 6 PM and now I think we arrived at 10 PM. Although it’s the first time this has happened to me, the trip has been very heavy. And with a super pessimistic and negative driver, even threatening to leave us at customs if we took too long to get out of immigration, telling us that he wasn’t going to solve our problems, talking about the immigration permit to pass through the United States.

Fantastic experience: A good and cheap service to go to Mexico. Since I’m a student, it’s $64 dollars just to get from my area to the border of Mexico or further. It’s way less of a hassle to travel to Mexico.

Positive experience: I will not rest until I achieve my goal. Yesterday I traveled from the U.S. to Hermosillo and for the second time, I saw animal mistreatment. I hope that some animal rights activist or organization that is dedicated to defending dogs, of course, I am referring to the dogs they have at Tufesa for drug detection, will address this issue. I complained and since I was not heard, they keep them in a small dark room. I looked for someone to file my complaint, and I could only speak with one person who was at a desk in the passenger area. In short, I will try to contact the Tufesa executives to file my complaint.
