Negative experience: More of the same, very similar to other agencies related to Cuba, any inconvenience or delay regarding the paperwork you did with them is blamed on the fact that nothing works in Cuba. Oh, and what characterizes them all is that when you go to do a procedure, they can't finish with you without having to talk about something else, whether with another customer or with someone who works in the place, everything is in the style as if you were in Cuba, the only difference is that here you are paying for a service. Good luck to those who have no choice but to forgo those services.
