Negative experience: I have had lots of bad experiences but nothing like today this women who had no patience to help us since she was about to "close ". Negative experience: Went there for the first time to do my taxes because I was running out time took last years copies so that they could put all my expenses I had on last year’s on this year’s guess what they didn’t which explains why I ended owing the IRS 2k more from what I did last year’s…Even after I ask DELIA MENERA (the tax preparer) why she had the audacity to say that because this year I made more n that she had even add it extra expenses me trusting her I was like ok… I get home star checking them guess what she didn’t even add half of my expenses that I had on last year’s forms…Then I forgot my ID there they didn’t even had the audacity to give me a call to let me know that I have had forgotten my ID

Negative experience: Worst service that any customer should never receive. Do not go and waste your money on buying a ticket from there. These people put a smile on there face once the money is on the palm of there hand. Once it's put into there pocket they treat you like trash and make you feel irrelevant. They seem professional just because they can buy a ticket online. Just save the hassle of going there and receiving bad service and buy a ticket online.
