Negative experience: Pesimo servicio típico trato cubano del que no deja sus malas mañas atrás . Me parecía que estaba en la oficoda en cuba . La muchacha que recibió mi documento la joven no la señora mayor susurró ni que estuviera mirando algo desagradable ( era traducir una inscripción de nacimiento ) me hizo ir hasta la oficina cuando le hablé por teléfono primero y me dijo q si llegaba antes de la 1 mi documento estaría antes de las 3 en fin llegué 12:45 y me dijo ok está a las 3 cuando le expliqué por teléfono . Mi molestia no es que no pude resolver; mi enojo fue su cara su gesto en cuba lo perdono están trabando por un salario mínimo sin aire acondicionado pero aquí no no lo permito mala educación que por eso nos señalan a todos . se merecen este mal comentario porque el dicho de estamos acá pero parece q estamos allá esa mujer le queda muy bien ahí no voy ni por equivocación

Lamentamos mucho su comentario, máxime cuando las opiniones de nuestros clientes revelan totalmente lo contrario, opiniones que van mas allá de una recomendación en google y que se respaldan con el flujo constante de personas solicitando nuestros servicios. Sin embargo, somos intolerantes con clientes soberbios, que pretendan imponer su voluntad y que no respeten nuestras reglas de trabajo y a los clientes que estan en la oficina, se le dijo que se le entregaba a las 3pm pero dijo que no, que la queria inmediatamente lo cual era imposible pues estabamos atendiendo a otras personas.

Negative experience: They are great at selling packages, but when it comes to coordination, you have to fend for yourself. Names not on lists when we arrived, flight rescheduled without communicating with anyone and not able to get a hold with Top Vacations, who was in charge of transportation arrangements. Last time travelling with this agency.

Negative experience: Horrible.. we needed them to transfer money that was vital to our trip and they failed us. They don’t help and only keep charging us transfer fees. I’m disappointed and won’t be going back for buisness with them.
