Fantastic experience: During my travel experiences this had to have been the best decision I have ever made. Ms Denise and Ms Judy were absolutely wonderful. Any type of hiccups they were right there able to assist. They just overall made my entire going and returning trip a breeze. I will definitely book with them again.

Negative experience: My fiancé and I are planning a wedding internationally. We have been in contact over the phone and email with Denise, an agent of the agency. We eventually were able to schedule a time to meet in person to go over somethings for reserving rooms and selecting a date. As we arrived to the office we noticed there was no organization in the office. As we were brought to her desk we noticed a large unorganized pile of documents on her desk. During this time, Denise spoke solely to my fiancé. Which I understand that she is going to be the one to talk to however there was zero eye contact from her to myself. Moreover, during our scheduled meeting The agent took a call and dismissed our comments/questions and prioritized the phone call over our scheduled meeting. This experience was unprofessional as she brought up political and social issues during the first meeting. We do not recommend this agency.

Fantastic experience: Love this company. They were a huge support to us while rebooking our dates due to COVID. I will always come back to them. Jen is great but so are her coworkers. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer at Big Sky travel is amazing she booked a big group last year to Jamaica and this year to mexico. She is very patient and understanding. She helped us reschedule during the pandemic

Positive experience: I completely disagree with the review about Ms. Shannon Wilkerson. She was more than helpful and willing to do anything and everything to ensure that my family and I (11 of us) were more than happy and taken care of for our trip to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Anytime I had ANY question, she was ready to help and answered with very educated responses. Shannon Wilkerson is the best travel agent at Big Sky Travel. So, if you want to book with this agency, REQUEST SHANNON WILKERSON. She’s incredible. Our trip to Playa was so amazing and it was all thanks to Ms. Wilkerson.

Negative experience: I walked in and all the agents were busy so I had a seat on the couch and one of the agents turned to me and said, 'what are you doing?' I was taken aback. I replied, 'waiting to see an agent' She was exasperated with me and told me to come over to her desk. The two adults and baby left the chairs from across her desk so that I could sit down and she went back to talking to the customer on her phone headpiece NOT me. I felt like I was imposing on her time and left without scheduling a graduation trip.

Negative experience: Do not book here. I had the worse experience ever. My travel agent, Shannon Wilkerson, made me believe that my vacation arrangements were set for my family and I annual vacation (8 of us). However, once I got to Cancun, Mexico, the resort advised that my specifically requested handicap room was not available , as the resort books "first come, first serve." Then, my family's room were not available either. The resort "upgraded" our rooms for one night, and the next day, we were being kicked out of the "upgraded rooms." My family and I were supposed to be on vacation, but instead we encountered a number of issues. When I contacted Ms. Wilkerson, and notified her of the nightmare my family and I encountered, she conveniently blamed the resort and her reps. I, then spent a whole day dealing with the resort's GM, and never heard back from Ms. Wilkerson. Please take my advise and avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: Big Sky Travel Source went above and beyond to ensure that each person attending our trip was well taken care of! They are happy to answer questions and they work hard to find the best deals! Fantastic customer service!

Fantastic experience: I don't know what the previous reviewer was talking about! I have used this company on many occasions and for many years and have had excellent service each and every time. They are very customer oriented and on the ball. Never have had a bad experience. Our personal agent is Judy.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Rosie to book our honeymoon. I had never used a travel agent before and wasn't sure if it would really be worth it using a travel agent versus just doing it ourselves. When we talked with Rosie, she asked if we had any preferences and we kind of wanted to try the Domincan Republic based of things we have heard from others. She recommended a few different resorts there based of our preferences. We ended up staying at one of the ones she suggested, Bavarostar Bavaro in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. And, WOW!!!!!! It was stunningly beautiful there. There can't possibly be anyplace in the world that is that nice for that price. Rosie was right on the money with that pic. While there, we toured another resort that she had suggested and it was amazing too. There is no way we would have found a better place for the money. It was heavenly. I will never book a trip like this on my own. Big Sky and Rosie were the best. So very, very happy. What an amazing honeymoon memory my wife and I will always have. Don't trust that to chance.
