Fantastic experience: We took the most epic family trip to Tuscany in October 2025. Courtney was instrumental in the overall success, far exceeding all of our expectations. We were a family of 10 traveling from different states, but arriving together in Florence, right on time. Everything flowed seamlessly for 8 consecutive days. We rented the most glorious Villa in Chianti (that we otherwise wouldn't have had access to without Play Global) for five nights, taking day drips to nearby towns. We had drivers for a day of wine touring, a private chef for a cooking class, an incredible sunset horseback ride through the Tuscan hillside and enjoyed a fantastic truffle hunting excursion, all arranged by Courtney and Play Global Travel. We had the most delightful local staff making cappuccino's and a full breakfast for us every morning (which we didn't really know the extent of this ahead of time). We then made our way to Florence with scheduled private drivers for our remaining time and enjoyed all the sights and delights planned with Courtney's help. She was attentive, listened deeply to what we wanted this trip to mean to our family, was willing to adjust and collaborate, and ultimately designed a trip of a lifetime. She made suggestions every step of the way for restaurants, museums, shopping, and sightseeing tours. My family as a whole, is beyond words with the outcome of this trip. Fantastic experience: Planning a multi-stop trip to Europe takes a LOT of work, research (hotels!), and coordination. Even though it had been two years since I planned our last trip to Europe, I did not feel up to taking on that task again. And we actually had to contact her the very last day of our two week trip when American Airlines canceled our flight for no apparent reason from Athens back home. I've always been the one to organize our vacations but I will no longer be doing that after experiencing an amazing trip that the Play Global Travel Company put together for us!

Fantastic experience: Courtney was amazing to work with. She's super easy to talk to and plan a trip with. She planned the most awesome trip with us. We said we wanted to see as much of Europe as we could in 2 weeks with a somewhat limited budget and she knocked it out of the park. My wife and I were able to do London, Paris, Mallorca, and Dublin and Courtney took care of the travel and hotels for each location and made it super easy for us to just enjoy the trip. She offered great and affordable things to do, places to go, and spots to eat. She helped us plan the things we knew we wanted to do and offered countless others things to make sure we we're never bored on our adventure. Fantastic experience: I'm a world traveler who's always preferred to plan my own trips. Why pay an agency to do it when I do it all the time with ease? But after a whirlwind trip through Spain last year where I planned a beautiful, multi-city adventure for my multi-generational extended family but didn't enjoy it because I was too stressed making sure the trip ran smoothly and that everyone else was having a lovely time, I needed to re-evaluate how I was vacationing. Spolier alert: I'm so happy I found Courtney and Play Global Travel as I started planning this year's family vacation! After an initial consultation where she learned more about our destination, who was traveling, and what was important to us to experience on the trip, she pulled together a thoughtful, bespoke itinerary that flawlessly pulled together all of the cities and towns we wanted to visit while staying within our budget. We had a pretty complex itinerary that included a half dozen hotels; plane travel, a 7+ hour train ride; car rentals, car ferries, overnight cruises, etc...Not to mention we were traveling with a child and two older adults so there were a lot of different physical abilities and vacation preferences to accommodate. No matter the logistical or timing hurdles Courtney faced, she proved to be a magician with logistics, and wove together a beautiful adventure that was a great mix of fun activities and intentional meandering -- everything was perfectly paced. She even anticipated things we might want or need and added these helpful details or ideas to the itinerary before we even thought to ask for them. You can't get this from an AI assistant or from a less-experienced agent. I am just in awe of her travel planning abilities, I really am! Anywhooo, throughout the itinerary creation and booking process, Courtney's communication was clear and timely, and she always over-delivered. We never felt like our requests or questions -- even some that might have been a bit ridiculous ("which side of the train should my in-laws sit on to get the best view of the fjord?") -- weren't important; and Courtney often had a back-up plan (or several) in the event our initial hotel or planned stop or desired restaurant weren't going to work out in the exact way we hoped they would. Even on the trip she would check in with us to make sure we were ok, which we appreciated, and the app allowed us to send questions and chat through things that randomly came up (as things do when traveling!), so we always felt supported and in-the-loop with what was happening. I can say so many other wonderful things about Play Global and Courtney but I need to get on with my day and YOU need to get on with scheduling a consultation with her. Seriously, I do not regret spending the money to have Courtney on my trip-planning team. She absolutely enhanced our family vacation 1000%. Everyone had such a lovely time, and I felt very calm, relaxed, and in control of our day-to-day activities. Fantastic experience: Courtney is AMAZING! She met with us multiple times to just get to know who we are and what we were looking for in our honeymoon to Italy. It was incredibly comforting to have her on our side in the planning process and during the trip (this was our first time to Italy). She proposed multiple travel plans to give us options and further understand what we were looking for. After narrowing down our itinerary, she fill the trip with as much or as little as we wanted planned - tours, boat rides, dinner reservations, an amazing cooking class, and a wine tour to name a few. On top of that, she gave us plenty of ideas for things to do when we didn't have an organized event - tons of restaurants and sights to see. The itinerary app that she uses to put everything together is incredibly helpful to see the whole schedule and during the travel process - it holds all of your train tickets, tour tickets, and information on different places to visit. She helped us make some switches on the fly during our trip that were affected by the weather in the area - she is great with communicating with the vendors/tour guides. I cannot say enough good things about Courtney - she is kind, bubbly, and incredibly knowledgeable! We will be using her for all of our future trips and I am referring anyone and everyone to her for future travel!

Fantastic experience: We had the most amazing experience working with Courtney with Play Global on our incredible family trip to Spain! From the start, Courtney asked great questions to get an understanding of what type of trip we wanted (planned events and activities but not overbooked) and how to see the major sights without feeling overwhelmed or too rushed. She is super-organized and methodical in her trip planning, starting with offering us 2 great itineraries to choose from, then giving us accommodations options in each location, then figuring out the transportation between each location and providing all the little details about how to get to/from the train station, including the time of a taxi ride or a public bus ride, then mapping out the activities and purchasing tour and skip-the-line tickets in advance. Then all of the details of the trip were available in a handy app that each family member could access to see what the plan for the day was, to access tickets to an activity, or to see her suggestions for how much to tip for a particular service or the location of nearby breakfast spots. Fantastic experience: Courtney helped my family and I plan our trip to Italy this spring and she was such a huge help. Her knowledge of locations and attractions was very helpful when booking hotels, all of our accommodations were in excellent locations. Fantastic experience: Courtney planned a trip of a lifetime for my mother and me to Brazil. For a very reasonable, one time fee, she planned EVERYTHING. All flights, hotels, excursions, anything I wanted. She met me, in person, took out a large notepad and asked so many perfect questions regarding the trip. I hadn't realized how many different ways there are to travel and that I had very specific opinions! No to this, yes to this, etc...She tailored our trip PERFECTLY. Fantastic experience: Courtney is helping me plan a trip to Mexico this spring, and she has made the process so smooth and easy -- thinking of every last detail! She clearly goes above and beyond at every step -- from the note we got shortly after booking that got us so excited for our trip, to making sure our transportation is set up from airport (researching the best and most cost effective options), setting up activities, and requesting room upgrades. This is our first experience working with a travel advisor, and because of Courtney, it won't be our last - highly recommend working with her!

Fantastic experience: We just got back from a dream vacation to the European Christmas markets all thanks to Courtney! Earlier this year, I gave her a list of our must-visit cities plus a few other ideas we'd gotten from friends, and within a week, Courtney delivered several different agendas for us and helped us choose for the best price and best fit for what we wanted, offering her insights on aspects of each we hadn't even thought about: things like this is where you'll be most comfortable fighting a couple days of jet lag, this one has you in London on a weekend so you can go to the West End, etc. As we booked things throughout the next few months, she continually checked in with us to make sure we're still on the right track and also to confirm the quotes she got from each service (airlines, train companies, hotels, etc.). As the trip approached, she was perfectly responsive for any questions, other ideas, and changes we had. During the trip, we got a couple check-ins and reminders from her and she continued to respond lightning fast the very few times we needed anything. Some of the biggest perks: -She spent hours on the phone with United trying to figure out our best strategy for upgrading on our flights and then priced out every option. -When the German train drivers called a strike the day we were supposed to take a train from Germany to France, she asked what our ideal solutions were and got to work immediately making cancellations, new reservations, and getting refunds for the trains. If we hadn't had her on it, we'd have spent the evening at our hotel, stressing out about changing plans, instead of exploring more markets and breweries like we did. -When upcoming train schedules were adjusted to a point where we may not make transfers, we just had new tickets available immediately with the new times. -I'd mentioned we would prefer hotels with a bit of character and/or in more of a neighborhood than right in a city center. She absolutely nailed the assignment with every single one, finding super comfortable spots with amazing amenities in areas of town we loved exploring. Working with Courtney was worth every single penny and more! I can't imagine taking a vacation anymore without her as our advisor.

Fantastic experience: Courtney at Play Global is an amazing travel agent, resource, planner and person. She helped us plan our honeymoon and did an absolutely amazing job from start to finish. I use the word "helped" loosely here, because in reality she really did all of the planning. For two people who were already a bit stressed and overwhelmed from planning a wedding, she was a breath of fresh air and was able to take such a weight off our shoulders. She helped us refine the overall itinerary so that we had a good balance of exploration, excursions, and dedicated time in towns in order to get a good feel for everything. When all was said and done, there's no way we would have had a honeymoon without Courtney at Play Global. Certainly not one of the caliber we ended up with.
