Fantastic experience: I want to publicly thank AJ Excursions for coordinating my 50th birthday celebration in Dubai. Last year I reached out to anyone on Facebook who had traveled to Dubai and was also a travel agent. Ajoua replied immediately and I knew she would be the person I’d select. She responds quickly. I am a very impatient person when it comes to folks not replying and I never had to chase her. She knew Dubai. I told her what I wanted in terms of costs, excursions and base the pricing individually versus group rates. She provided great rates and gave us ample time of when the final payment was due. She was in constant contact with my group during our vacation and had our best interests in mind. If you are searching for a black owned and operated travel agency who is very professional and time conscientious please choose Ajoua at AJ Excursions. Five stars!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful, Jou was great and her suggestions, flight arrangements, resort were on point. Secrets in Jamaica and flight with MoBay (name may be wrong) but its the only way to land in Jamaica. Great travel agent. I will definitely use again.

Fantastic experience: The cakes that I have purchased have all been phenomenal!! From peach cobbler, blueberry lemonade, scone crust apple pies, I can't name a favorite! From the flavor to the consistency of the cakes, you will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing! Joy made every aspect of my trip so effortless. Everything was laid out for me step by step. She made sure I had everything I needed for my trip. Joy also called me a few days before my trip and walked me through my itinerary. I will never use anyone else. We are already planning my next trip.

Fantastic experience: I have had two cakes from Ms.Joy one peachs and cream pound cake that was delicious. It wasn't too sweet but and not crazy heavy for a pound cake my family devoured it my sister loved it for her birthday. The second cake that she made was a banana pudding cake that made a non-banana eater go for seconds.Once again the filling wasn't heavy it was just enough sweetness and the cake itself was very moist I was sad to see it go.

Fantastic experience: Everyday Joy cakes does exactly what it says... brings joy. I purchased a pound cake, and the flavor, texture and esthetics were very pleasing. After tasting, I regretted my promise to share! Do yourself and those you love a favor, purchase a cake or two from Everyday Joy!

Fantastic experience: Our trip to Aruba was excellent from beginning to end. Joy was very professional and attentive to all our needs and inquired. She did such a good job that we booked a trip to Jamaica as well. Our trip was halted due to covid. However, we did receive a voucher for the exact accommodations that is good till 12/21. Hoping covid will allow us to book before then.

Fantastic experience: Our trip to Italy was the most memorable experience of our lives. It allowed us to indulge in a culture that was different than our own, try new foods and dishes, and meet people in the beautiful streets of Italy. Ajoua was able to plan a trip for us that included all of the sights we wanted to see along with opportunities to take part in things we would not have chosen on our own. From beginning to end Ajoua maintained excellent communication about our trip to Jamaica, and even gave us a travel packet of info to take with us. Our flight was delayed due to weather so we missed our first night in Jamaica, but she was on the phone making sure we got our additional night! She responded quickly any time we messaged her, and she checked on us throughout our trip. We will always choose AJ Excursions because of the quality of service.

Fantastic experience: I took two small group trips with AJ Excursions in 2019 to Italy & Egypt and both were wonderful experiences! Everything from the hotels to the excursions were exactly as outlined in the itinerary and pre-trip conference calls. The local tour guides in both locations were top notch and very knowledgeable in their respective areas of expertise. I booked a land only package for Italy, arriving one day before the group. My luggage, however, was MIA. Even though I had booked my own flights and my lost luggage issue was outside of the land only trip package I'd purchased, Ajoua Jackson immediately reached out to her airline contacts. Her communication throughout "luggagegate" was simply, "I got you!" When a person truly cares about what they're doing, it shows! Ajoua cares about curating meaningful travel experiences and it shows! I'm looking forward future trips with AJ Excursion! (Oh and my luggage arrived the following day, just as Ajoua predicted!)
