Negative experience: I was very disappointed with the service of this travel agency. When the travel agent said they’d get back to me with the information or confirmation emails by a certain time, it would not happen. I continually had to call and follow up. As I left the booking for the hotel to them, so much time was wasted with them not getting back to me that my options for hotels got limited as the hotels got completely booked. Worst experience I ever had making travel plans.
