Fantastic experience: AFTER 24 YEARS WITH AAA I found myself slapped with more than 20% increase on my current when we added a third car (an SUV). I was told that it was an overall increase for California. I went home feeling so confused and unappreciative. I returned to this same CSAA office for a Second Opinion. It was my lucky day. I was helped by a very patient staff who had to repeat her explanation a number of times for me to understand clearly my specific situation. Ms Yolanda Gonzalez not only knows so well how the premium was determined but has a willingness to research for way to keep my premium at a good rate. Initially I felt unappreciative but Yolanda reminded me of the current economic situation of our country and that AAA is a high quality business. When learned of another home policy we had with AAA, Yolanda helped bundle it together with our cars’ and we got the appropriate discount She help us save a bundle. So, for my insurance needs in the future I will always stay with AAA and ask for Yolanda’s service. She is the 6th Star ⭐️
