My most recent trip was a three week trip to Turkey, Italy, and Greece. All was booked flawlessly and I left excited. At the airport in Denver I tripped and fell but got on the plane thinking it was just a sprain. Midway through my 13 hour flight I realized it was far more. I messaged Sean from the plane and by the time I had landed in Istanbul he had arranged additional special help for me. My pick up and transfers were perfect, my hotel was notified and they were waiting with additional help for me while I was there. The entire three weeks of travel even though I was very seriously hurt, went off beautifully thanks so this team! I only had to cancel one excursion because I knew there was no way I could do the climbing I would have to do. Thanks to them and my most amazing travel insurance I was refunded immediately. Fantastic experience: Well planned trip. Sean kept his group together, we were able to meet/ built a relationship with the people in his group. Sean had treats delivered in our cabin every day which made us feel special. Fantastic experience: We worked with Sean Andrade at Unlimited Journeys Travel to plan a last-minute family adventure to Thailand, and I can’t recommend him enough! With four adult children in tow, our group of six was not the easiest to coordinate, but Sean made it all feel effortless. Because he had traveled to Thailand himself, he gave us a wonderful list of highlights and suggested an itinerary. From there, we customized it together, weaving in our family’s must-do experiences. He even warned us about minimizing airport hops—but of course, we ignored him because we wanted to see everything! We packed our nine days into three main stops: Bangkok, the beaches, and northern Thailand with the elephants. Sean prepared us for it all—what to wear in temples, which shoes worked best for each activity, what kind of weather to expect, and how much much money to bring for tips and spending money (and he was spot-on)! When our very first flight was delayed, he texted us before the airline did and reassured us that our layover was safe. That’s when I knew we could relax—he truly had everything under control. At the beaches in Ao Nang, we enjoyed exhilarating boat tours to gorgeous islands, meals served on shore under coconut trees, and snorkeling alongside hundreds of dazzling fish. When we weren’t exploring the water, we indulged in Thailand’s famous massages—shockingly inexpensive, and completely amazing. Next, we flew north to Chiang Mai, where the highlight of the entire trip awaited us: a day at an elephant rescue sanctuary. It’s hard to put into words how magical it was. We cut sugar cane, stuffed bananas with tamarind and salt, and hand-fed these gentle giants. We even made paper with boiled elephant dung. Later, we hammered taro into "sponges" to scrub them during their bath. The elephants splashed, hugged us with their trunks, and sprayed us playfully with water. It was one of those rare experiences that will truly live in our hearts forever. And the locals working there were warm and gracious, as well as educational. In both Chiang Mai and Bangkok, we explored vibrant night markets, sampling everything from street skewers to sweets. The kids hunted for “killer deals” at the enormous MBK mall (warning, with a population of 11million, it takes a long time to travel even a few miles). The next day, we had a private cooking class in an award-winning restaurant along Bangkok’s river. After gathering ingredients from the flower and food markets—where we marveled at exotic fish, meats, fruits, and spices—we learned to make four dishes, including the most delicious Tom Kha Gai soup we’ve ever tasted, with fresh herbs and spices. And yes, we brought the recipes home, but left our hearts with the locals who lovingly taught us how to prepare such delicious food! The floating market was another treat (bonus: we spotted a four-foot monitor lizard lounging on the bank), and the temples left us awestruck. With their gold trim and sparkling glass, they were breathtaking both by day and when illuminated at night. Every excursion Sean arranged was absolutely seamless. Drivers arrived on time and confirmed in advance via WhatsApp. The guides spoke excellent English and generously shared insights into Thailand’s history, culture, and even their personal lives. We felt welcomed everywhere we went. The Thai people are among the warmest and authentically gracious people we've ever met. For me, this was the fulfillment of a dream I’ve carried since ninth grade—when I first wrote a report on Thailand over 45 years ago. To finally experience it with my family, and to have everything flow so smoothly, was truly special. Two of us came home seriously considering a permanent move to Thailand. Sean made all the difference. He’s not just professional, detail-oriented and efficient, but warm, fun, and easy to work with. I still picture him juggling three monitors at once, hunting down the best flights and deals like it’s second nature. For our next adventure, there’s no question—we’re calling Sean at Unlimited Journeys Travel again!

We went on a 3 week Africa trip with a 2 week Safari and Sean found us a great fare on Emirates. Oh my gosh! How am I ever going to go back to “normal travel” again? Emirates and our Safari were amazing! Sean came to our rescue at the last minute when I contacted him the day before we were leaving Nairobi when I realized we had an 11 hour layover in Dubai on our way home. I asked for suggestions as to a hotel nearby or a sleeping pod at the airport. Emirates has a beautiful lounge, but no place to lie down. Sean emailed me back and he arranged with Emirates to put us up in a hotel overnight and they would pick us up and take us to the airport. It was so nice to sleep in a comfy bed and shower before our 16 hour flight! I appreciated working with Sean so much, he is amazing and I highly recommend contacting him for your travel needs. He worked with our needy flight requests (legroom for my tall husband, direct flights only), got us a hotel in Miami for the day before the cruise, booked us a fantastic room on the ship, and then got us a hotel on the back end of our trip before flying home. He made the arrangements so seamless; he only needed to ask us some probing questions to get an idea of what we wanted, and he had it done so quickly! Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable. Professional. Diligent. Responsive. These are the key words describing travel advisor, Sean Andrade. We have just returned from a trip to Spain planned with Sean’s able assistance. It had quite a few moving parts: airfare, train transfers between four cities (Madrid, Granada, Malaga and Cordoba) and hotel accommodations. From our first contact all the way to our return home, Sean was attentive to our needs and patient with all our questions. Sean is incredibly experienced, and he knows where the travel industry’s hiccups and pitfalls lie (and there are plenty of them!). For example, his standard practice of prepaying hotel accommodations with a 3-day advance cancellation window protects his clients from the common pitfall of hotel overbooking. A prepaid booking minimizes the chance that you’ll be the unlucky guest “walked down the street” to another hotel because, even though you had a “confirmed” reservation, the hotel is full. Apparently, a “credit card guarantee” is not worth much when a hotel overbooks. When the Spanish rail system, Renfe, unilaterally cancelled the paid booking for our Granada to Malaga train segment two weeks before departure, Sean was on it! He knew what levers to use to reach into an otherwise impenetrable bureaucracy to get us rebooked on an even shorter and more convenient train on the same day. Fantastic experience: Sean was very professional, helpful and accommodating even when we weren't sure what we wanted or changed our minds about dates and or activities.
