Fantastic experience: Very professional my parents always go on these buses.

Negative experience: The driver and staff said it be no problem to travel from Mexico to the U.S. with our pet bird. When we got to the border, the BP agent seized our bird and threatened us with jail. I told them the bus line told us it was ok and pets where allowed.

Negative experience: Do not waste your money this company is unprofessional I purchased two tickets from Tijuana to Fresno when I got there the bus did not show up that was September 13th it is now November and I still don't get a refund I've called numerous times and they avoid me do not waste your money and throw it away they will never refund you. Worst customer service ever.

Negative experience: Do not travel with this agency! My parents purchased two traveling tickets, and when the bus arrived every seat was occupied. My parents had to go standing in the middle aisle from Bakersfield to Gorman CA. They also had other people sitting on the steps, and not every person in the bus had a mask! I have called and requested to speck to their supervisor, and they won’t return my calls! They are unprofessional, unsanitary, and unorganized. Worst experience ever for my parents who are in their mid 50’s.

Negative experience: No viajen por aquí!!!! me abrieron la maleta y me sacaron mas de la mitad de mis pertenencias viaje de sacramento a san Isidro, obviamente fue uno de los choferes porque fueron dos uno se trae el camión desde sacramento y el otro se sube en fresno que por cierto el señor de mala gana se puso terco de quererme bajar en Tijuana cuando mi destino era San Isidro pues según el era pérdida de tiempo.. traté de comunicarme con el supervisor de la compañía que déjenme decirles me trato a gritos no recibió mi queja ni mi sentir ósea Me trato muy mal y ni siquiera me dio su nombre. y pues la verdad con que confianza viaja uno o envía a sus familiares con estos camiones, si los choferes en un descuido nos Roban las pertenecías porque estupidos no son, no te quitan la maleta completa solo parte de ella para que tú te vayas confiado a tu hogar y ya cuando te des cuenta sea muy tarde.. les suplico No utilicen estos autobuses a no ser que quieran perder más de la mitad de su equipaje.
