Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Eastern Travel! I need an urgent notary and Apostille service when I travelled close to Salt Lake City. But I don't know where to start. I called Eastern travel, the gentleman told me that they don't have such service for a long time, and the process has changed. He told me he will ask his friend and call me back. About an hour later, I got his call. I followed what he said and got the my document authenticated in one day! Even though he knew that he won't get business from me, but he spent time helping me. Very appreciated! I would use their service next time for travel.

Fantastic experience: Brian does work for my nonprofit, booking adults and youth all over Southeast Asia and Nepal, and he bends over backwards to help us with every hiccup and need we have. He gets us the best deals and solves any problem to the best of his ability. Considering the parameters he has to work in with airlines’ rules, he does a great job managing those and getting fair outcomes. I highly recommend Eastern Travel.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THESE PEOPLE. If a ZERO rating was possible I'd give this travel 'agency' such a rating. I warn you to NOT AFFILIATE WITH THESE PEOPLE. Here's my story and how it was supposedly handled: I planned a trip to my home country - Indonesia - MONTHS in advance, as my brother had passed away. Next thing I know? Once I arrive to the LAX International airport I was sent back home as a result of this so-called agency 'unknowingly' proceeding without accurate information on the expiration date of my passport, along with my ability to travel with it. It was in EASTERN TRAVEL'S responsibility to inform me that my passport was no longer valid during this time period. I was sent home on my own expense.

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely do not use this agency. I booked a world wide vacation with this agency after using them for over 15 years and they demanded payment by wire transfer. Scolded by the agent is not my idea of a luxury purchase.

Fantastic experience: Misha was the absolute best!!! She made sure that all of my paperwork was accurate and in order. I needed a visa for China and was worried that I wouldn’t get it in time. I ended up getting it earlier than I expected. This may not happen for everyone but the service I experienced was stellar! She kept me updated and was open for any and all questions. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone!

Fantastic experience: For people you are unfamiliar with the Chinese Visa process, Eastern travel can help you. If you live in Utah, you need to go to Washington D.C. embassy to apply or hire someone to do so .
