Negative experience: The sign on the door says by appointment only, but no one is in to make an appointment I tried to call, I tried to go in. I am trying outside of Naperville maybe they will take my calls .

Fantastic experience: Paula was super helping booking a cruise to Alaska and another cruise up the East coast up to Nova Scotia and down to Boston. Being handicapped, she was diligent at getting an ADA room and where to rent scooters. Besides so many other things. Thank you, Suzi S.

Fantastic experience: I have worked with Bonnie at PS Travel for a trip to Thailand and Greece and both were such amazing trips, I would recommend her to any of our friends. She was able to provide us with recommendations on where to stay, set expectations for international travel and gave us a full itinerary. I'm fairly type A, and recognize I'm not easy to work with but she was able to go above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but good things to say about this travel agency. I worked with Paula and she helped me so much with planning my honeymoon destination to Thailand! Everything was absolutely amazing! Customer service was above and beyond! Even though I never met Paula in person and only communicated through email and phone, she made me feel very comfortable with everything she was planning for us. We are definitely using this agency again for future trips!

Travel Inc. will give you all of this and more. I walked into P.S. Travel Inc. and it was like I had just stepped into another world accompanied with sunshine, ocean breeze and pina coladas. Am I being exaggeratory? No, I am most certainly not. These ladies are the most impressive group I have ever met. If you need a true force to stand beside you that feels like family and treats you the same, you found it. My fiancé and I wanted to do a destination wedding. We had no idea where to begin with the planning process. Where should we go? What time of the year? How are we going to get our group there? How does that even work?! How are we going to afford it?! These ladies made it look easy! I think back to that moment and it makes me smile because they handled it was ease and were so reassuring. Now, I want you all to know that this was not my first stop (unfortunately). My fiancé and I went to not 1, not 2 but 3 travel agencies prior to finding this oasis. Allow me to save you some time and anxiety; this is the team you are looking for. They supported my fiancé and I, along with all of our friends and family. Our entire group raved about the service they received at P.S. Travel Inc. (and my 90 year-old grandmother continues to talk about it). This kind of service is extraordinary and makes my (now husband) and I so grateful. What I love most about P.S. Travel Inc., is it does not matter the size of your group, whether it is a romantic get-away for 2, or destination-wedding group of 200. Leave it to these ladies to get it done right, saving you money, earning you incentives and caring for you and your group as if you were family. I am happy to say and we are beginning to discuss our next trip and would not even think of doing it without P.S. Travel Inc. Here we come!

PS Travel helped us plan/set-up our dream destination wedding in the Dominican Republic and we couldn't have don't it without them! They are so knowledgeable, helpful, and simply genuine. Fantastic experience: Wow! I had spoken with other travel agencies before calling here and I am SO glad I called them.
