Fantastic experience: Theresa is truly the very BEST! She takes care of you from start to finish. On one of our cruises, we were detained 3 days due to weather. We had no cell phone service, but were able to email for a very short time. Of course, I emailed Theresa. She revised our flights home and even called my boss to let him know that I was detained and would not be in for work on Monday!! Now, that is going above and beyond. This trip was also our first time to visit Europe and with Theresa’s encouragement and personally tailored itineraries, our experience could not have been better.
