Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience working with Sharon to plan our honeymoon! ❤️ From the very beginning, she really took the time to understand our budget, preferences, and what we were hoping to get out of the trip, and then gave us several thoughtful options to choose from. She made the whole process feel easy and personalized, and we ended up with an amazing resort in Jamaica that was exactly what we were looking for. What really stood out was her support even after the booking. We had a room change during our trip that resulted in a credit being owed back to us, and Sharon helped coordinate everything and made sure the refund was handled smoothly. We truly appreciated having someone so attentive and responsive in our corner, and it made our honeymoon that much more enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to planning our next trip with Sharon! ✈️

Fantastic experience: Rico and Sharon were great! We went on a company trip to Cancun and they handled it with ease! We had roughly 60 travelers with roughly half of them being kids which adds a lot of variables. But they really knocked it out of the park!

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time or money! Overpaid on entire package. Four months and still waiting for refund on the excursion that left us stranded. Sharon did nothing to make things right.

Fantastic experience: I'm so glad I found Rico and Sharon to help my husband and I book our honeymoon trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico and our stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte! Trying to book everything myself was overwhelming and stressful. Upon my first conversation with Rico I felt we were in good hands. He was so knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help us book a great trip. Fantastic experience: We just returned from our second trip to Jamaica stating at Couples Negril. Both trips were booked through Rico Columbo and the organization he currently is part of Travel Leaders All Inclusive. Rico does a spectacular job arranging your trip to include all the nuances of travel, lodging, excursions etc. He takes the time to understand what you like and offers destinations that would be right up your alley! Fantastic experience: Sharon and Rico do such an amazing job to help plan out your dream vacation. Through the years, they have helped us plan out several trips; from the Bahamas we were my husband and I got engaged, Mexico where we got married (destination weddings are the way to go!) and even just normal vacations to some pretty amazing places! We never go to the same resort twice, and every time we go to them, they have a ton of places to recommend. We are currently working with them to plan a trip to Jamacia and after thay a cruise! Rico is an expert with destination weddings. Sharon is very knowledgeable in cruises. Neither of them are looking to just take your money like you often hear about travel agenta. They listen to what you are hoping to achieve and then go out of their way to research and give their honest opinions of resorts as well as things to do both on and off the resorts to make your dream come true! By far, the best travel agents I have ever worked with. These pictures are just some of the amazing beaches we have been able to see, all thanks to Sharon and Rico.

Fantastic experience: We have gone exclusively through Rico for all of our vacation needs. He always takes such great care of us and ensures that every trip we take is a wonderful memory made. He takes all the hassle and stress of planning a vacation and turns it into a 5 star experience. You really feel like royalty from the second you step off the plane. I cannot recommend this business strongly enough and the only question. I ever have is “when can I go back?”
