Fantastic experience: Amy Wright was amazing in helping us to find the perfect vacation resort. She was friendly, efficient and very knowledgable. We enjoyed working with Amy because she was very responsive to our needs and as a result, found the perfect place for our vacation in the Dominican Republic. Fantastic experience: We have appreciated Jody Meyer’s help as our travel agent through the years. She is competent, friendly, and proactive. She works tirelessly to be sure we have received everything we are entitled to. For example, a Viking cruise to Russia had been canceled several times—first due to COVID and then to the Ukrainian war. She spent hours helping reschedule us to another cruise and making certain that all of our unused credits were accounted for—to the penny!! When our luggage was “lost” in Edinburgh, she worked with us to be sure Aon Insurance reimbursed us after many long months of delay. She is great and we appreciate all of her efforts on our behalf. Fantastic experience: We have being working with Jody Meyer from Travel Leaders since before the pandemic. We started working with her after an international trip with friends and developed flight problems. Since working with Jody it has been smooth sailing. Not that travel has been prefect, but Jody is only a phone call, email or text away from fixing the problems. And saving the trip!!! She is very responsive for questions and helps us find a good deals on our travel requests. On one trip, our travel documents had not arrived yet, and she personally meet us as we drove to the airport with all the documents organized and ready to go. We travel internationally and domestic 2-3 times a year. Thank you Jody for all you do!!!!

Fantastic experience: We have been traveling to Europe and the US yearly since retirement with the help of Jody Meyer at Travel Leaders in Rochester (who is a “Rock Star”!). Fantastic experience: I recently used this travel agency to plan two trips for me and my family, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. Amy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they made sure to find resorts that fit our budget and preferences. Both trips were absolutely amazing! The resorts were excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. There were also plenty of activities to do, so we were never bored. Fantastic experience: Laurie has been great to work with. We had an unforgettable trip to Australia with her assistance. The little Blue Penguins and the trip to the Blue Mountains she arranged for us will always be treasured memories. We continue to use Laurie and Travel Leaders for assistance planning complex trips.

Fantastic experience: Love it here! The people were very nice and professional. I went here for my last three vacations and working with them was wonderful. The lady that helped me and my family helped us out with transportation to and from the hotels and with finding activities to do while we were in Mexico and Dominican Republic. Highly recommend place. I plan on going back next summer for our next vacation too!

Negative experience: Very helpful when booking but horrible customer service after trip was booked.

Negative experience: Worst place to book a trip...never again!!!
