Fantastic experience: Loveddddd this travel agent! Sarah set us up so well so our big visits were already scheduled and the tours allowed us to skip huge lines. The hotel was in the perfect location! The ride to and from the airport was very nice too! As a couple who has never traveled internationally it helped so much! Honeymoon from heaven!

She researched not only historical attractions for us to visit and see but also things we had never herd of and that a simple google search doesn’t tell you about. Fantastic experience: Sarah is such a hard worker. Every question I had she immediately called the resort and asked them. Our boys are fluent in Spanish and I wanted to take them somewhere that they could immerse in the culture and language. That is literally all I told Sarah. Within a few hours she had 4 different resorts for us to choose from. We went to XCARET in Mexico and were treated like royalty. Sarah booked our dinners and excursions as soon as she was able to (30 days prior to arriving). If she hadn't done that we would not have been able to get a reservation. Sarah gave us a welcome package about 3 weeks prior to us leaving as well. This package literally had everything we needed to have a great trip. I loved the day by day planner as well as the packing list. Super helpful! We will definitely be using Sarah on our next vacation.

Negative experience: I called about a trip to Germany. She said she look into it. She never called back. Very disappointed !!
