Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend! We went to the Rose Bowl, Cotton Bowl, and National Championship game with Reynolds. Everything was first class including hotel, transportation, and service. They really take care of the customers!

Fantastic experience: We traveled to Oregon for the OSU football game. Everything (except the final score) was first rate! Kudos to Norm and Pat!! Thank you for another fun filled trip!!

Fantastic experience: Norm Pauly was our agent and we loved everything about our Hawaiian Trip. We had a question at the first resort, we called Norn and he was so helpful. Part of our package was a private pearl Harbor tour with Blue Hawaii Private Tours, where we had the absolute best guide, Emily Rosequist. We saw everything we wanted to see! We loved the luau show and food he booked for us too (LUAU KALAMAKU At KILOHANA PLANTATION). We recommend him.

Fantastic experience: We always have a wonderful time with the groups from Reynolds travel. They take care of their customers and their drivers. The company plans fun and interesting trips along with side attractions that make their trips so much fun. A very professional and caring organization.

Negative experience: Booked a Rose Bowl trip credit card was charged the same day l booked. Changed booking on 12/26 credit of $960 as of 1/13 still no credit. Second phone call to Reynolds Travel and phone was answered by the owner. Owner informed me the”only “ person who could issue a credit has been out sick?? When l pursued it further his comment was “I’m the owner don’t give me a hard time”. Reluctantly said he would send me a check. Called me back shortly and said credit was being processed that day but no apology. The Tour included four nights accommodation,game ticket and transportation to and from game and a pep rally . Double occupancy in the room extremely small for two , the bathroom didn’t even have a fan. We paid $4290 together (no airfare) for the package.Even if you took away $1000 for transportation and two game tickets ( say $300 a piece for a normal ticket and $200 each transportation) that’s $800 a night for the room. The room had a balcony that could fit two chairs and overlooked a roof top. Definitely not a Four Star VIP experience. Should have booked it myself.

So sorry you feel that way Michael and we do apologize for the refund taking a little longer than expected. Refunds can take up to 10 to 14 business days after the end of the trip and unfortunately the accounting department had a serious bout with the flu which led to a little bit of a delay in processing refunds. As for the quality of the trip, the overwhelming majority of our customers really enjoyed the trip and gave us high marks. Some said it was a trip of a lifetime. If there was a problem with the room, it should have been brought to our attention on the trip. That way we could have tried to do something about it. If you had the VIP package and stayed at the Fairmont Miramar, the Fairmont Miramar is one of the nicest hotels in Santa Monica and in a prime location. We do apologize for any inconvenience and will make every effort to make sure you get your refund as soon as possible.
