Negative experience: I got a recommendation from my father in law to buy plane tickets with this agent or agency. I quickly realized he didn’t have good manners to handle things, today he crossed the limits when I asked him a question. He said there is a flight on this date, but the conection is only 50 min, so it wouldn’t work, and I said, my wife won’t be with me, if I rush do you think I can make it ? Then he said, but if the flight gets delayed then not even if you’re GOD, you would make it, so I said, but if I was God, why would I need a flight ? Then he agreed and I said that is stupid. Then he said if you say that I will turn off, and I said, no worries I will turn off for you. On top of that, I have a credit that I didn’t use cause I found Better prices online . I called him 2 or 3 times before this last call to ask about what we could do about the credits, he said he would call me back and never did. His name is Santini, I don’t recommend him. So my suggestion is, don’t lose your time with this unprofessional person, bad behavior and stupid affirmations. Just save some bucks and buy online tickets, or find someone else. I’m definitely filling a complaint with united about this agency.
