Fantastic experience: Brian is the very very best!

Negative experience: I don't know how well they provide their services but their customer service team certainly needs an upgrade. I called in for an inquiry and was promptly hung up on by one of their receptionists (if they have more than one). This is a sad way to conduct business. There are literally hundreds of travel agencies in Minneapolis, I would certainly choose another if this is the type of customer service that one could expect. And now I notice that there has been a response to this review. Comical how somehow my interaction has something to do with this phantom individual. I spoke clearly and communicated clearly with their receptionist and she HUNG up on me because she wanted to. Not because she could not hear me. Period.

This isn’t the first time I’ve worked with him (been a client for several decades now) but this multi-city European trip flight planning was out of my league - I needed expert help. Brian worked on it for well over an hour and found me GREAT options that worked on my schedule and at a fantastic price. David sent us on a baby moon recently which involved multiple flights to multiple cities, and rental cars in each city. He even helped us change a flight while we were on the trip... way better than working with the people at the airline desk.
