Fantastic experience: Been using these folks for 15 years with no issues. Josh always takes good care of me and Julie is very helpful when he can't be reached. I have booked and then cancelled multiple cruises during Covid, and they always make the calls for me so I can relax. Refunds for cancellations received on time every time. Very professional and friendly people.

Fantastic experience: They work SO hard to get you the best room for the best price. They also go out of their way if you have a life changing accident before sail date to get you an accessible room if available or get your cabin outfitted if accessible rooms don't come available. I couldn't be happier, Julie has gone above and beyond for me!!!! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: Been here a long time ago and returned to get more info on a future booking. The travel agent (Julie) I worked with was super friendly and provided me the information I needed. A few days later, it was time to book and she helped me through the process, which was a super easy process. I appreciate all her help and her time!
