Experiencia fantástica: I miss my bus for about 30 min, 1hour before maybe less I tried did cancel, but nothing happened and then I decided to go to the bus stop however and will try explain my situation, cause I need to go to Philly as early as I could and hope I will seat to the next bus, it was my first trip with this bus, I talked with driver and then she gave me phone number team service, there the agent named Marty kindly help me to solve my little issue which for I appreciate him, very kindly stuff !

I took it from Toronto to Ottawa, which I normally do not like because of the length of the journey. But the ride was good - The bus provides a bottle of water, and we stopped halfway in Kingston for a break. We arrived in Ottawa ahead of schedule, and the driver is kind.

Experiencia negativa: There is no bus stop or anything. You just wait at the adresse and hope its the right place terrible management. To the answer of the company: We did that and your customer service was super rude. We attached screenshots and pictures of proof and still we got treated terrible.

Experiencia negativa: This year, two trips were delayed. Last week Thanksgiving coming to Ny city from Oswego delayed exactly 4 hours! We were home 3 am in the morning. They keep delaying and delaying. Tickets are expensive and there is mo competing company. Very disappointed

Experiencia negativa: The bus that never came.. We had booked tickets for 3 adults and 2 kids from Akshardham NJ to NYC. The Bus was supposed to depart from Parking lot at 6 PM. We were waiting from 5.45 PM and called the OurBus office at 6.05 PM only to be told that the bus had arrived and left already. It was not true since we have been waiting at that location from 5.45 PM. We were left stranded at that pick up location in cold with no solution provided by the custk.er service. We are exploring our options for legal action.

Experiencia negativa: The bus was delayed by an entire two hours, where they only gave the updates in increments of 15 minutes. If they told us the delay would be 2 hours, we could have gone inside somewhere instead of waiting outside in the pouring rain. One of the passengers had to reschedule because his connection was now cancelled because the bus was 2 hours late. However, OurBus outright refused his refund because “we don’t control traffic.”The bus quality itself was awful. We sit at the very front of the bus, but the bathroom smell was so strong and potent, you could smell it the entire 3 hour bus ride. It smelled like walking into a mass-scale cow farm where the cows poop on wet carpet instead of grass. The bus driver said this was a result of the tank bring nearly full, so we all had to fester in the stink because the full tank wasn’t emptied beforehand. I would have been fine with the 2 hour delay if they had the courtesy of cleaning the bus within that time frame, but no. Also, the majority of outlets on our bus did not work at all. Save your money and use the cheapest bus you can find, since that would still somehow be a better experience than this one.

Experiencia negativa: I used Rally Ourbus to reserve two shuttles to transport guests on our wedding day. With no warning, 1 bus was sent instead of 2. Half of my guests were left to fend for themselves. When I called to remedy the situation, no fix was offered, and the salesman who sold my package boldly lied. No refund was offered until I fought for it (which I had to fight for multiple months.) The refund offered was far less than what was requested, which was half of my money considering I received half of my rental. In the end, after hours of sitting on the phone and arguing with "customer service" professionals who were rude and unempathetic, I received a meager refund of a few hundred dollars. I feel ripped off, and had stress added to my wedding day. This was a horrible experience and I highly recommend people find alternative options for bus or shuttle rentals.

Experiencia fantástica: To be honest I didn’t expect to be on this bus because I booked it as my last resort for $25 dollars from Toronto to Ottawa after been cancelled by multiple Poparide drivers. I thought the ticket was too cheap to be true but it turn out to be legit. I was late but the live agent was so amazing that he assured me that he will do everything possible to ensure I get on that bus, luckily I finally get on the bus at 11:06.

I was having a lot of problems with the app and web when trying to apply some discount codes, but she helped me a lot, so give her a salary increase, she deserves it! :)

This is second time I’ve taken Rally to a stadium show and it’s so much easier than rideshare or parking. Experiencia negativa: I had a bus scheduled at 545p to Syracuse got an email that it was delayed until 735p. The bus never came furthermore I called customer service several times got hung up on all 4 times. Was told several times the bus left but the bus never came. Finally got a response from customer service to be told that I can only get a credit back no other kind of compensation. Very disappointed seemed like every other customer service rep was just trying to not deal with the issue which I am sure they were getting alot of calls from since other people at the stop was also calling and getting the run around.

Experiencia negativa: 1. An hour before my departure, OurBus rescheduled my bus not once, but twice. 2. 30 minutes later, OurBus changed the stop location. What was a 1 minute walk became a 20 minute trek. 3. Then they drove to the original stop after I boarded, wasting the time I walked to the bus stop 20 minutes away. 4. I realized I got on the wrong bus because they failed to communicate that there was a bus for a different stop coming later than expected. I was told to come at 7:30pm to load my luggage and the WRONG bus came at 7:36pm so I rode that innocuously and erroneously. 5. I was forced to reschedule my taxi home which cost me more. 6. They had the audacity to charge me the same price as well for a much worse ticket. I paid extra so I could enjoy the convenient travel and that I wouldn’t get home an hour later than what I paid for. At least the staff were kind.

Experiencia negativa: Your experience with Ourbus will varies depending on the bus operators that serve your route. Their motto to provide charging ports, free water, and reclining seats on the bus are not fully true. My daughter and I happened to boarded the bus that don't provide those services in separate occasions. Also, it seems that the driver may not familiarize themselves with the new stops that resulted in over 1.5 hours delay getting to the right stop. This is very unprofessional and also put my daughter in unsafe condition because she arrived very late around midnight and alone in deserted area. We submitted a complain to Ourbus but they refused to acknowledge it. So forget about getting compensation when they failed to deliver their promise. If you can't consistently deliver what you're promoting then stop it... that should be considered as a false advertisement. So disappointing especially when you paid over $100 for a round trip ticket! I will need to use other bus operator that is more reliable than Ourbus.
Experiencia negativa: Don’t ever book tickets with this company! They ruined my trip! My initial leaving time from New York to Boston was supposed to leave at 7pm; however, they called me a day before to inform me the bus broke down, so I had to reschedule the leaving time to 6pm. Then, around 3:45 that day, at the last minute, they texted me saying my bus was rescheduled (again) to leave at 5pm, and there was no way I could have made it at 5pm. They did nothing to compensate for my frustration, and they ruined my entire trip.

Experiencia fantástica: I had Dustin S. As my representative. He did a great job throughout the way, even gave me an upgrade! My bus driver Adam was very reliable and had good communication. Definitely using again!
Experiencia fantástica: This was safe affordable service for my son to get back to WVU. It was incredible. Guneev was very responsive. I wish there was some way to tip the driver who was exceptional. Hopefully there is an option for that in the future.
