Tour Guide and Driver: Our guide, Ken, was exceptional. His blend of humor and detailed commentary transformed the journey into both an educational and entertaining adventure. His comedic timing and engaging storytelling kept the entire group entertained throughout the trip. Our driver, Elvis, demonstrated remarkable skill and professionalism. Navigating the routes with precision, he ensured a smooth and safe ride. His familiarity with the best paths and traffic patterns contributed to a timely and comfortable journey. Transportation: The bus was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities, enhancing the overall comfort. The large windows provided excellent views of the passing landscapes, making the drive itself a scenic experience. The availability of bottled water and the well-maintained restroom facilities were thoughtful additions that added to our convenience. Grand Canyon West Rim: Upon arrival at the Grand Canyon West Rim, we were awestruck by the breathtaking vistas. The tour allowed ample time to explore key viewpoints, including Eagle Point and Guano Point. Eagle Point, known for its eagle-shaped rock formation, offered stunning panoramic views. Guano Point provided a 360-degree perspective of the canyon, with the Colorado River visible below, making it a photographer’s paradise. We also had the opportunity to experience the Grand Canyon Skywalk, a glass bridge extending 70 feet from the canyon’s edge, offering a unique perspective of the canyon floor 4,000 feet below.  Hoover Dam Photo Stop: On our return journey, we made a brief stop at the Hoover Dam. While the time allocated was sufficient for photos and a quick appreciation of this engineering marvel, we found ourselves wishing for a bit more time to fully absorb its grandeur. Nonetheless, the stop provided a nice contrast to the natural wonders of the Grand Canyon, showcasing human ingenuity alongside nature’s splendor. Overall Experience: This tour seamlessly combined natural beauty, historical insights, and comfortable travel. Ken’s engaging narration and Elvis’s adept driving created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. The balance between guided commentary and free time at the sites allowed us to explore at our own pace while still benefiting from expert insights. Recommendations: • Hoover Dam Duration: A slightly extended stop at the Hoover Dam would enhance the experience, allowing visitors more time to explore and appreciate the site. • Skywalk Experience: For those considering the Skywalk, be aware that personal cameras are not permitted on the bridge. Professional photos are available for purchase, but some visitors may find this limiting. • Preparation: Bringing a hat, sunscreen, and comfortable walking shoes is advisable, as the sun can be intense, and there is moderate walking involved at the canyon sites. Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic tour, amazing views at the canyon and Hoover Dam. Everything was very well organized, from pick ups right from our resort at Venetian to timely stops for breakfast and coffee breaks. Wally was phenomenal, so so eloquent , knowledgeable and sharing all the history and facts about Las Vegas all the way up to the canyon in Arizona. My wife is 7 month pregnant and they made sure to reserve the front seat for us on the bus as well as caring and asking after her comfort. Much appreciated! Would definitely recommended touring with sweetours for anywhere in the US.

Breakfast was good and very organized. He took time to allow us to take plenty pics with great views. His directions were great and timing tips for pick up time after the tour. He kept us hydrated!! The food was good at the Skywalk with good views. Plenty souvenir shops. Good time spent at both Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon was perfect. There are shuttle buses that take you from point A to point B, which were also comfortable.. You didn't feel rushed. The weather was great!! The tour times are early but well worth it!!

The tour included breakfast at the Historic Railroad Pass Hotel and Casino which was amazing! Another place to add to your must visit list. After breakfast you will see Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and the new bridge and road built to provide an alternative route around the Dam. Experiencia fantástica: The trip was amazing. We had breakfast at IHOP and it was very organized and we had plenty of time to eat. Next stop was the Hoover dam first for pics and souvenirs. Then the grand canyon which was truly breathtaking. We had plenty of time to see everything, did the skywalk and had lunch overlooking the Grand Canyon. Our driver Charles was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips. On our way back we did have an issue with the bus a leak in the coolant but Charles handled it quickly got us to a safe place where we waited for Elvis to bring another bus for us. It was an hour delay but did not take away from the wonderful experience we had. Would highly recommend this tour and driver.

Experiencia fantástica: Would highly recommend. We were picked up at our hotel ( Aria). IHop breakfast that we had selected in our package was great with pancakes, scrambled eggs/bacon. Wife had vegetarian option. Tour guide was great and I learned some fascinating facts about Vegas. Stopped about 15-20 mins at Hoover dam. The Grand Canyon West rim was enjoyable and the 11 hours round trip tour was preferable to the longer South rim which was 15 hours or so and would've eaten up most of the evening. Amazing experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so happy I booked with Sweet Tours! I did the Grand Canyon West tour which was a full day. They provide transport from and to your hotel. I chose the tour that included the breakfast, lunch and skyway tickets. I want to give a specific shout out and thank you to Charles our driver and tour guide. What an awesome soul, with a plethora of information for the area. He was like an encyclopedia of knowledge with the local history. I learned so much and he was funny too! Smooth driver that let us relax when we needed to, yet pointed out important historical spots while on the tour. The tour starts with pickup. The bus was comfortable and clean. the next stop s breakfast with IHOP which was hearty and good. Our following stop was the Hoover Dam which was very impressive. We stopped for photos and gift shop and then we were off to the Canyon. One more pit stop for refreshments, bathrooms, and a good stretch. WE drive through the Joshua Tree forest before heading into Tirbal Land of the Hualapei nation. The views are breathtaking!!!! Charles kept everyone informed throughout the tour with timelines, points of interest, and canyon knowledge. Once on Tribal land, there is a shuttle that buses you to the points of interest. Plenty of shops and option for eats as well. Many photo ops and then on to Skyway! The Skyway was incredible. You get photos taken and photos can be purchased. Well worth it for an amazing experience to be captured for your memories. The Hualapei tribal members were so endearing. WE learned about their lands and the people. Amazing grounds for you to explore life on the tribal lands and they even perform tribal songs to share with you their rich history. Lunch options were great and of course Charles noted the best bang for your buck, which was the rice bowl. Certainly plenty of food and it was beautiful to eat while gazing at the captivating views. I highly recommend this tour and will do another one when in Vegas again.

Experiencia fantástica: We did the private tour ride to Hoover Dam. We took my wife’s parents to Las Vegas and booked this trip with the help of Vicky at Treasure Island Resort. Our driver Gonzalo “G” was excellent. He was kind, informative and added just a touch of humor to the trip. We could not have asked for a better guide !! Hoover Dam was amazing, however, I give two thumbs down to the Hoover Dam tour guides we were exposed to. Maybe they were tired from a long day of repeating themselves? I called the sweet tours emergency number. Within 30 mins it was like a domino effect Ms. Beautiful called Mel drove back to our spot to drop it off. Charlie was very knowledgeable about the History about the whole 125 miles to Grand Canyon. I will definitely use this company again.

Experiencia negativa: We did the Grand Canyon tour on Wednesday 18th September. It was not a happy experience as the vehicle we were in broke down multiple times and finally gave up completely on a very busy highway.

A very long day, dress comfortably, wear a hat, drink lots of water (which they provide!). DO THE SKY WALK, it's a bit scary, but worth it!

Jackie was very knowledgeable of the areas we were seeing and information on the towns we were going through. She was a fun person and very entertaining. Believe me, this is the bonus piece of it all. No one wants to waste time in line (skywalk, food, or bathroom pit stops). Ken our tour guide and narrator was awesome. Personalable, easy to talk to, great high energy, funny, and super informative. I’d definitely recommend to my friends & family if in Vegas looking for a day trip!
