Experiencia positiva: Helpful services at a fair time, some waiting times a bit longer. Convenient
Experiencia positiva: Came to this location bc my registration sticker hasn't been received for 2 months. I was told that I could bypass the DMV line by going to a AAA location to get this printed out. I went to the front desk and the reception with black plastic rim glasses with red dyed hair to inquire if I could get my sticker printed there. She asked if I was the registered owner and told her my husband was; however, he is in New York and cannot come here physically. She told me I could have him register online but I told her that we registered online and I just never received it. She told me that he would have to be here physically in order for them to print it out and said, "I am the DMV, i know" with so much attitude. I asked if it's possible if she could check if it got mailed to the correct address and told me that she could not and that I would have to go to the DMV to find that out... wait, didn't she just tell me she is the DMV? She literally didn't want to help me. So I called AAA and spoke to their headquarters and the rep told me it is possible to get the sticker and card without him being there. I would have to have him fill out the form and bring it to AAA. So I went back to her and told her that it's possible to get the sticker without him being here physically. She then told me, you can't within the state of CA and offered to have her manager speak to me. The manager, Beth, confirmed that he would have to be here physically but she was able to check the address and if the registration was sent out or not. It literally was only a few mins for her to check for me with such welcoming attitude while the front desk receptionist said I would have to go to the DMV to check. The front desk receptionist gave so much attitude and told me she couldn't check my information when her manager could. Don't claim that you're part of the DMV division when you can't even handle such a simple task of checking and need your manager to check for that.

Experiencia negativa: This location is the worst location to go to, and the manager is ruthless heartless. I took my father his handicap to get his plates. They won’t issue with him because he’s not a member, but I am his caretaker and the person who helped us. She was also very rude. Please do not go to AAA if you’re disabled they don’t care about you.
Experiencia negativa: Been waiting for a tow truck for over 4 hours got told that we was not priority and they couldn't help us gave a run around about getting picked up then just told us it's going to be another 4 hours pray for me and my wife to make it home safely
Experiencia negativa: Beware as the workers here aren’t well trained or incompetent. TLDR if you still want AAA do it over the phone and the LA branch and just come here together registration, but DONT do major things. Chino is unreliable. Now I will explain my (what should be .5 stars). I don’t want to state names, or may update with names but when we initially switched over from another provider we were transferring all 5 vehicles over with AAA and explained everything we wanted. Went on our way and when it came to renew one of the vehicles’ tags went to the front desk and they told me that vehicle had no insurance. So whoever opened our account did NOT add all of the vehicles. Like, the hell!!?!! We complain and they add them now I understand the cost goes up but you think “wow only $xx for 5 cars and when you find out all cars weren’t added and price goes to where it should be you almost feel cheated and for their mistake, there’s NO deduction for the inconvenience. From there some weeks go by and one of the cars in the plan need a tow. We call a tow truck around 6 Pm in the middle of our way to Vegas. Now due to a previous inconvenience we always made sure that we always add the max amount of miles in towing. When the account was opened that was clearly stated multiple times. When we request a tow the tech explain we only have 7 miles and would be charged $600 to move the vehicle which since it we were in the impression the original agent added the longest tow like we added caught us off guard. So there again price increases again even though we were in the impression the agent added what we asked for. And NOW. . . . . We had added my nephew a month ago to our plan and after needing a tow today come to find out I was removed when my nephew was added. REALLY INCONVENIENT!!! To be honest, ever since we have switched to AAA it’s been nothing but a headache and multiple mistakes on their end. Maybe it’s not AAA but the chino office has really left a bad taste in my mouth and made me weary of trusting this branch! You take time out of your day to get these things done and time after time they (chino agents) do what they want and cause more issues for us to spend more time fixing. Like even with this, I don’t want to be sitting here explaining to warn others. I don’t want to have to do this but after all these major frustrating mistakes by the staff, here I am having to spend my time writing this out. Please, RUN elsewhere!!
Experiencia negativa: The lady in the front desk with the blue shirt was making it difficult for me and my mom, we just wanted a handicap plaque and leave. She kept going on and on about our membership and making us stressed and wasting our time and patience. It's as if she was purposely making problems for us and wanted us upset. I don't know if it was because we're asian and her intention was to be racist and make problems for us cuz we're asian I didint catch her name but what the hell...

Experiencia positiva: Having the membership for 20+ years has helped when a tow truck is needed. I have had 2 bad experience with the auto insurance and life insurance. Personally, I wouldn't get their insurance or refer friends to get it. You will be signed into a 1 year contract, but they will tell you is month to month without explanation. If you cancel before the contract you will be charged a parcial percentage fee.

Experiencia positiva: Nice folks. Just let it be known that they charge a 2.3% credit card fee for DMV. Wont accept debit etc.
Experiencia negativa: This AAA used to be good. Glenn was the best!! Fast forward a few years (covid). Now you have employees worse than DMV. No longer a discount ticket source. Tickets were 30% over the standard price. I found a much better source of tickets, at a much cheaper price. The employee that helped us barely had a pulse. Heavyset employee (it is what it is), was making weird sounds and had a very disgruntled demeanor. Had to verbally verify my address and phone number, which I never had to do before at AAA Chino. Service quality, professional service, and discounted products are sorry to say, a thing of the past. Covid, I understand. We recently visited AAA in Alhambra.... much better experience. Socialism is the new customer service with Chino AAA from the looks of it
Experiencia negativa: The staff here could be good, but triple aaa in general screw me up, I call for roadside service to get My daughters car towed to a place right next to pick up parts in ontario ca, I was going to have something done to my car there the address is 2025 S Milliken Ave suite B, well that was yesterday Thursday the 20 of May well American Eagle Towing company stole my car in my own face they took the car to their yard and keep it, they didn't leave it where we told them , it is unbelievable they could get away with this triple aaa didn't care about it, yes triple aaa to me to us just stole our car. So now we have to waist time and more to take them to court, . Triple aaa thieves. Don't get triple aaa it could happen to you.

Experiencia negativa: Recently stopped by to add my new vehicle to my insurance policy, was greeted by Maria Herrera. What I believed would be a simple add and remove (due to also removing a previously owned vehicle) turned into a terrible experience. I was called up to her station at which she couldn’t find me on the system. She then asked me to go have a seat once again in the lobby so she can assist another client. I waited once more after being told someone else would be assisting me. Having finally waiting about 15 more minutes she once again called me up after having finished with the client she took in after sending me away. We had a long talk about a new policy instead of continuing the one I was on. No biggie. I promptly turned down the offer. In the end all I requested was my previous vehicle be removed from the policy which today I found out she never did. I essentially had my time wasted. As someone who’s been with AAA for a long time, I am deeply disappointed that this is the experience I received. I hope this can be corrected in the future.

Experiencia negativa: This branch might as well be one of the LA DMV’s. Employees have no drive and many are just sitting around scrolling social media, while the lines continue to grow! Do yourself a favor save the membership fee and go to the Corona DMV, you’ll get the same lazy service, with the same fees, with half the line.
Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love going in and out of course cuz of covid they had the lines outside and it was a different process of waiting in the car but it's was actually a lot better for us. They have plenty of workers so the lines move fast if there are lines everyone has great customer service and the process is fast.

Experiencia negativa: Today the service was so bad it took the road side service 2 HOURS to get to me and I even mention there was an AAA Pro Towing service here in chino right down the street from were my truck was broke down S#!%. I could have pushed the truck down there in less then that time not to mention my 80 year old grandma was waiting with me in 100 degree weather & the phone service had me waiting I thought the liquor store would have had it towed & I may have charged your guys for it We have never had service this bad in the 20 years been insured by your compeny

AAA had (2) walking greeters, one of which helped me right away, finding maps & a tour route for my upcoming road trip. He also alerted me to the fact that one of my attractions was Closed due to COVID. I was very grateful.

Experiencia positiva: Under normal circumstances it's quick your in an out, but with precautions you check in outside give them your phone number, you wait on your car or leave and come back once they text you, then you go in and handle your business and on your Merry way. Just a little longer wait, so give yourself time and patience.
Experiencia positiva: It's better than before, as now you sign in, and then they text you to return when you can be seen. About about a 20- 30 minute wait.
