Experiencia negativa: If I could give them a -0, I would. They booked a cruise for us and never told us we were arriving in Sydney the day before the cruise departed. I guess we were to stand at the cruise terminal overnight. You cannot call and speak to a person. Not at all happy with them. I would cancel but cancellations fees are high. They should not be in business.

Experiencia negativa: Great customer service only until you give them your money and then after that, you can never reach them. A vendor did not pick us up in Europe scheduled so we had to take a very expensive taxi which they would not reimburse us for. Definitely would not recommend.

I’ve booked multiple times with them. The cruise were nice, but the process was terrible. They’re also always losing employees, which seems to be even more suspicious. If you have a little extra money that you’re willing to risk, book here. If you care about your money, don’t.

I was very fortunate to have reached Angela in the flight reservations department. I needed to know how strict the cruise line was regarding arriving between the hours they specified. Knowing that I was not going to book my flight through her, Angela went ahead and offered to contact the cruise company on my behalf. Not only did she offer to do this for me, but she also said she would call me back on Monday since the cruise company was not open on weekends when I called her. I have NEVER received a call back from any company representative that promised they would call me back, a total of five during the last two months, after having to cancel a trip to Italy that also included a cruise, so I was very doubtful that this would happen. Her word was better than a contract and as good as gold!! She did call me back on Monday as promised and got the information I needed to book my own flight. Now THAT IS what is known as EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, something that is almost non-existent today!!! And that just goes to show that there are still some descent humans out there with high integrity who go above and beyond to take care of their customers!! Thank you, Angela, for getting the information I needed and for being a loving, giving, and honest human being who is doing an excellent job representing your company by providing top notch, "true service" that is hard to come by these days. Experiencia negativa: Do yourself a favor and DO NOT book with Prestige Cruises. Once they get your money, you cannot a customer service representative on the phone. You have to send a request online and someone is supposed to call you back in whatever timeline they deem appropriate aka never. I spoke to an operator and every time there is a different excuse as to why I can’t get a customer service representative on the phone- the person is on another call, stepped away from her desk, left for the day. Im starting to wonder if they even have customer service representatives at all. The “free airfare” is a scam. In order to get direct flights or book with the airline of your preference, you end up paying extra which equals the cost of the flight anyway. The price I paid for the cruise is higher than if I would have booked directly with the cruise line. I’d give them one star if I could.

When I called, Prestige was unable to give me any information, because they said the flights were still showing confirmed. The next morning I contacted Prestige again. She was able to book me new flights, that enabled me to get to my cruise ahead of originally scheduled.

Experiencia positiva: One month before flying, and we still weren't informed about our plane e-tickets. We needed to call and probe further before we got the details. Come to find out, our bookings still had Prestige Air's contact phone numbers and email, not ours. Maybe that's why we were not getting any advisories? So the agency gets 3 stars, however Maryann Regno gets 5 stars. She was this company's saving grace, with her professionalism, patience, and willingness to help. She was the 3rd Air agent we talked to, she was most pleasant, wholesome and provided complete information. If we use Prestige again, it would be because of Maryann.

As a slightly nervous first time cruiser, I've called them multiple times to clarify information and ask additional questions. Experiencia positiva: The NZ - AUS Royal Princess cruise and itinerary were very nice, though a major port, Wellington was struck from the marketed itinerary well into the reservation for port crowding issues. Big disappointment there. Not so much a booking problem. The replacement stop was nice and we made the best of it. This was our first booking with Prestige with confusion with the air credit and how to use it. So we booked our own flight basically losing our entire credit. This process should be made clearer on website - especially since it was difficult to phone anyyone. It was a tight itinerary, but the time in port at a couple of the stops was very limiting to really see very much, and the R. Princess' disorganized methods of disembarkation at some "working" ports was very stressfull, as the time to meet excursions, rental cars etc was so tight. We still loved our cruise, however and it enhanced our lives. We look forward to another to the Mediterranean soon -using our first experience as a guide. We still loved the trip and used every minute of every stop. The food on the R. Princess was OK, though a bit of a downgrade from
