Experiencia fantástica: I have AAA membership and now have auto insurance also with them. Jorge Perez at AAA helped get us an auto insurance policy with autopay. He was very helpful.

Experiencia negativa: On Saturday 10/5/24, my car would not start so I called AAA, out to check my battery. The tech said that it was OK and to charge it. So I charged it for 8 hours! It started the following morning. Then that evening it would not start. So I took it to the dealership and they said that the battery is BAD!! So not only did I have to pay the dealership over $300.00, to diagnose it. I still have to pay for a new Battery!!! Thanks for costing me much money AAA!!!

Experiencia negativa: I've been a member for 43 years I've always had good service till now. All I needed was a registration renewal. I arrived at 10 am and didn't get served for 45+ minutes. NOT RIGHT!! COME ON GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER. Easy transactions should be in and out like they used to be... NO EXCUSE

Experiencia negativa: This Arcadia office is the worst AAA office I have been , poor service I been in a lot of AAA offices they are almost the same wait time for any services eg. Car Regis. is 5 minutes. I was ask to be seated waited about 40 minutes to call my name. Finally I ask the lady on the counter if takes this long wait. She ask my name and she said my name was already called. I was really pissed , because I know they did not call my name, nor I I heard my name , come on! It’s not a big place , unless they whisper or simply ignore .

Experiencia negativa: I was disappointed with the guy who was suppose to give my mom a quote on insurance, he was just lazy and didn't want to quote for us, basically a total waste of time for us and there was nobody waiting as well, so I don't know what his deal was. It is something that I could do on the computer online but we were right there and he wouldn't help us. Terrible service and I had AAA since I started driving.

Experiencia fantástica: I was literally in the building for 6 minutes. I had no appointment, I walked in, told them I needed to renew my car registration, they told me to wait in a short line, called me right away and processed everything quickly. I highly recommend to renew your tags here. There is a 3% charge when paying with a cars though.

Experiencia positiva: Good Teaching, But Unyielding on Last-Minute Delays. We engaged AAA in Arcadia for driving lessons for our son and were generally satisfied with the instruction provided. However, our experience during the last lesson was disheartening. Despite arriving just a tad beyond the 10-minute late policy (30s) due to heavy traffic, the instructor refused to conduct the lesson. We weren't contesting the $60 late fee as we understand policies are in place for a reason. However, considering it was the final lesson and the delay was minimal and beyond our control, a little flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. This rigid adherence to policy without regard to situational factors felt very unfriendly and non-accommodating.

Experiencia negativa: On Monday 07/17/23, I went to this brunch to update my car insurance. I prefer to speak with an agent in Spanish. I was looking for Melissa Torres, insurance agent. After waiting 10 minutes, she came to the waiting area and told me that she was not available for this kind of issues. “Anyone can help you with this. Just wait.” I requested another insurance agent, Edward A Perez. I was told that he was on lunch. So I decided to wait for him. After 20 minutes, he told me that “was not available for this issues.” So, I requested for the manager. Same answer: “anyone can help you with this. Just wait.” This is not the brunch it used to be.

Experiencia negativa: I’m been assigned to a claims rep at this office name Micheal McMullin for an auto accident and I’ve reached out to him 5 times, two times by email and 3 by phone and he’s has yet to return my call. My accident took place feb 28th and I am still trying to resolve my claim with them. I’ve always heard great things about AAA, it’s terrible to experience the complete opposite.

Experiencia negativa: Badd customer service who ever the girl is working at the front desk when you walk in needs to get fired I was coming in to get my tags and she was just giving me the run around that I gotta have this and that to get my tags and I'm a AAA CARD HOLDER DIDN'T APPRECIATE HER ATTITUDE AT ALL SO I END UP LEAVING AND GETTING MY TAGS ONLINE ‍♂️‍♂️‍♂️AND I GOT MY TAGS BEFORE IN PASADENA AAA AND HAD NO PROBLEM THERE

Experiencia negativa: This review goes for the entire AAA Southern California chain: My insurance renewal jumped $133! Last year it was $352; now it's $485. This is only for liability insurance, and I have no accidents, tickets, or anything negative on my driver record. This is UNACCEPTABLE. The largest increase I've ever seen, and I'm 39 years old. None of this makes any sense. I swear, when I turn 40 in less than a year, I BETTER see a reduction. Common sense says that the older you get, and the older your car gets, the cheaper your insurance gets. Are we living in the twilight zone?

He said he would call me back and still haven't received a called back after numerous times trying to contact him. And that also goes for the manager still waiting on his call back as well. What a joke.

Experiencia negativa: The front desk is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. However, wanted notary service and because my membership has expired 3 days ago ( in renewal period ) and I’m planning to renew but not in CA as I don’t live here any longer ( no national data base ) I was declined . Hardly ever made use of membership services while paying for the most comprehensive and having two people on their account for 20 plus years .. A big thumbs down AAA!! Maybe some attention to your public relations profile will be beneficial, if you are interested!

Experiencia negativa: I was in for one signature notary refused although the clerk wanted to help me. Her explanation was “we will be closing in 10 min”she was doing nothing walking and talking to staff around her . I been with AAA since 2001 I have with AAA 3 different types of insurances .what a lazy notary lady July 6 ,2022 .AAA should hire responsible and reliable employees who deserve a salary

Experiencia positiva: Went to this AAA to apply for my temp handicapped placard. There weren't too many patrons and the employees were efficient so the line went quickly. They were also very friendly and willing to help. Everything was done in less than 10 minutes. Love it.

Experiencia negativa: I don't know what it is about people in Los Angeles county. But they're not helpful. And they're so rude. I asked where my friend was. No one could help me. I gave her name. And they kept telling me to ask the front desk which was full. AAA learn some manners. I'm a triple a membership person. And I would never go to yours in Arcadia or Monrovia whoever the frick it is. I would stay up in San Luis Obispo. Where people are much nicer on the Central Coast. Get out of la the smog it is congesting you.And smile.

Experiencia positiva: Ok. What's going on with y'all, AAA? Went in to handle some DMV stuff, check in was just fine....however....I sat and watched seven of your employees just yapping and gossiping loudly....and....not helping waiting people. Four back in the DMV section, just hanging out and chatting...even leaning on counters. Three at the front, chatting, gossipping, even overheard talking about other co-workers. Now, normally I don't care. Be relaxed, be chatty at work....it's fine. But we're still in a pandemic, and people don't want to be inside and building with people any longer than they have to. 15 plus minutes....just watching them talk, helping NO ONE. If it's break time, maybe they should take their breaks away from the members, and maybe if they aren't, they should be working. Also, the masks go OVER THE WHOLE NOSE, not under it.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely the best customer service. AAA has never disappointed me and this visit just made me see why a membership is worth every penny. Had to have some papers notarized and the young lady who helped us went above and beyond in making sure our needs were meet. Even though with my membership I receive free notary my wife is not on my membership so she would actually be charged. The representative added my wife to my membership using a promotion and the notary was free. As well my wife is on my membership free for 6 months. Great service!!
