Experiencia negativa: One of the worst AAA locations. Poorly managed staff. Left early so I can go and not wait there long arrived Friday at 3p for dmv services. Walked in they have 4 agents in dmv section. Lady check me in and there’s only one other person in front of me so I sat in waiting area as each agent finished helping the person they were working with. They just stood there Typing on their computer at this time I’m thinking OK they’re wrapping up then they started turning around and walked behind their area and started giggling and talking about the weekend. At this point, the person who had checked in walks in and says sir, I think your membership is expired. You need to renew I said OK no problem. How much is it? I’ll pay you. Should I know you gotta go see this other lady when is sat in front of this other lady I asked how much is it so I can pay and get it renewed she says someone please go in the waiting area and they’ll call you up. At this point All four agents DMV in the back laughing and not helping a single person as I sat in the waiting area. I see seven people in front of me. At this point I walked out this place is a joke. You would think some sort of management or supervisor would have stepped in and said One of the agents should stay and help customers so we don’t have every single person walk away at the same time. The only reason I even have AAA membership is DMV and at this point, I think I’m not renewing or at the very least trying a different location. After I left the office, I called over the phone to ask about my membership and they informed me that it doesn’t even expire until December

Experiencia negativa: I have had multiple problems with this particular AAA. One of the worst when it comes to customer service. Too many errors in their systems when it comes to the DMV side of it. Tried to get info changed and never goes thru on AAA side and DMV side plus have been lied to multiple times by different employees here. Nice office, bad parking.

Experiencia negativa: This branch is terrible. I got the same rude and unprofessional employee who rolled her eyes at me about six months ago. Not only did she not greet me she gave me attitude (again) and gave me the wrong information. I had to call the AAA branch in Newport Beach where I normally go to confirm what she told me was accurate. It wasn't. I now have to go to the DMV to renew my registration. She didn't want to do her job and after waiting for 45 minutes in line she lied to my face. I will never go there again and I am canceling my and my family's memberships. We have been with AAA for 10 years. I want nothing to do with this company again.

Experiencia positiva: They didn't sell me car insurance because I just got my California license. Proven experience of 10 years with the rights of another country means nothing to them. UPD: they called me back and sold me Bristol West Insurance policy.

My experience was particularly positive, thanks to the assistance of Ken on the car insurance side and Veronica for handling my title. Both of them were an absolute pleasure to work with.
Experiencia negativa: Became very bureacracy. When I newed my registration today, the cashier gave me a wrong sticker. I was lucky and found the problem at their parking lot. After I turned back the office, they asked me to wait the long line instead of fixing their mistake right away. Very disappointed.
Experiencia negativa: The worst office I ever see and deal with in whole my life. Every time I go there in every year and they still the same bad attitude without any change to better. They even dont have the minimum experience nor spent the minimum time that they suppose to help the costumers. I was having an liability multi auto policy with them and was paying ($1,1250) and I used to pay them every six months and asked them to set it for auto pay to avoid forgetting the payment, however, my policy was canceled because its not paid and no one even called me nor texted me to let me know that my payment is due so I went their to re install it and I spoke with insurance agent her name is Christine and she even dont spend with me more than 5 minutes and she just asked me if I want to ensure the same cars and I told her yes and I want same my old policy exactly and then she said that I need to pay the amount for one year in full and I told her thats fine then she give me a quote of ($2,250) so I told her I asked to have same my old policy with same number of cars and types and same deductibles and same applicable discounts because nothing is changed so it doesn't make sense that my police goes up (110%) if its exact same policy then she said go and speak with the manager Mat and then they let me wait for 40 minutes while he was free and dont have any customers in his office and when I met him all he did is asking me if I want to proceed and pay the new amount she quoted me or no. I request to speak with the branch manager her name is Janet to figure out whats going on and she even doesn't care nor ask or bring Christine or Mat to ask them. Please dont go there because they gonna quoted you very high price. I recommend going to Tustin office because its much better place and much better respectful and experienced and knowledges employees. Thanks.

Experiencia positiva: Not a member. But came in June 2023 cause I called and they said they do international drivers licenses. Came on a Monday at 9:15. They took my photo, I filled out forms, paid $35 by credit card, and was out by 9:30.

Experiencia fantástica: Goodbye DMV!!! :) This place is a breathe of fresh air. Wait: Just a few minutes after arriving around 9:10 on a Sat, which was just enough time to complete my paperwork. Service: Fantastic. I was lucky enough to be helped by their manager, Les. He had me in and out in a few minutes for transferring a title and registering the vehicle. He was flexible, personable, professional, and informative. Interior: Clean, carpeted, comfy chairs. Didn’t feel anything like the DMV. They even call you by name instead of that automated number call out at the DMV. Everyone seems happy to help there. * Tip, know what forms you’ll need so you can fill them in advance at home or while waiting in queue.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Melissa, who went above and beyond just helping me with my car registration! She was efficient with getting my fiancé onto my membership and provided information on changing my address on my drivers license, placard eligibility and more! I left getting more accomplished than I had originally intended and all in record time! I didn't catch the names of the other team members that also helped (car insurance, etc.) but I greatly appreciated their thoroughness and kindness! Thank you all so much for the tremendous help! It really made my day!
Experiencia negativa: If I could I would’ve giving AAA Insurance a 0 stars. On Monday the 30th, I have was problems with my old Jeep, water gashing from the water pump, so I called AAA road assistance around 1:30 pm Explained my citation and asked them to take it to my mechanic. I was told 25 to 30 Minutes (so I thought I was reasonable) well 45 minutes later I called again then I was told the driver is on its way and should be there shortly time went by another 45 minutes more I called again, at this time I told the dispatcher That I have been with AAA about 50 years and this the king of service (no service) I get how can leave an old lady out on the road broken down for hours..I don’t recommend to any that is looking for auto Insurance DO NOT GO TO AAAA

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent customer service from the moment you walk in there smiling greeting you very helpful , to the point when you're called up to pay for your tags and in my case well I'm mute so this really was an excellent experience . I love there patience and the customer service. The gentleman that help me with my tags was extraordinary for being so young can tell that he has respect and morals. I paid for my membership very understanding people and patient and very helpful I recommend this place their seats are far apart they have sanitizer and for what I saw, their constant cleaning their counters and it's nice and fresh relaxing I went in after 1:30pm and I was not even there for 30 minutes.

Then he screened me before entering and instructed me to go to a specific window for DMV services so it turned out to be a safe and relatively quick visit. So overall a good experience, beyond the initial greeting.

Can't think of a better resource. Staff always friendly. Have used road side services with no issues as well. Nothing but positive comments from me.
Experiencia fantástica: So I went to AAA today to get roadside assistance so I can start renewing my tags for my vehicle through them instead of going, or sending payments to the DMV. Very friendly from the beginning and the lady that help me outside due to covert 19 ask me what I was there for. I explain to her I wanted to get roadside assistance for the simple fact I want to renew my registration and get roadside assistance so I can go through them. She asked while I was there did I want to get a free quote on vehicle insurance.. I said sure why not. Set me up with the insurance agent by the name of Vu Tran. Let me tell you this guy is a great person and very helpful. From the start I felt very comfortable. By the end of our conversation I was signing up for a new insurance plan as well as rental insurance. Not only explained everything In detail, but saved me probably about $600 to $800 a year. What a great experience and thank you so much Vu Tran for being the biggest part of it.

Experiencia fantástica: Quick and easy. This place is great to adjust insurance coverage with someone (in person!) or utilize their DMV registration services. I've used their services here for vacation planning and even cheap movie tix when the theaters were open.

Experiencia fantástica: My Mom needed to get her new (disabled persons license plate). She had her doctors recommendation and filled out the paperwork required. There was a line to get waited on. They offered to bring her out a chair so she wouldn't have to stand. Once her turn was up.. we went inside and finished the details. The gentleman asked if we needed help putting on the new plates! He came out with the new plates and tools to exchange the plates out for us, and installed the new ones. It was done in a matter of minutes and we were on our way. P.S. - The gal who was out front, maintaining the wait line and double checking everyone had the correct paperwork etc... Was extremely nice as well. The staff at this AAA makes it almost painlesss.. We go here for our tags and anything else DMV related. A job well done.

Experiencia negativa: We have been with AAA for 20 years and went this week to the AAA on Jamboree in Tustin, CA to notarize a Living Trust. It was an awful experience. Our daughter and son-in-law were with us for the same reason, and we brought 2 witnesses, thinking we'd need them. We were acknowledged at the door by Mariann, who brusquely asked us if we were all together and why we were there. Then she said they couldn't help us together, we had to sign one at a time so they could also help the people behind us in line. I asked if we could at least go in as couples to sign. She said no, and please leave the door area and go to the back and wait. I told her that we were there before anyone else in the line and wanted them to help us as couples. She was so rude that all of us were put off by her. Then Judy, the notary came out to back her up. She also was abrupt and rude, as she told me that I never called their office--must have gotten the general AAA line. We went through the process which took 1 1/2 hours, because we needed a notary and our Plus membership got us a discount we couldn't get anywhere else, but it will be because I cannot find another AAA office that I would ever go back there!

Experiencia fantástica: I had to go switch some plates for my new car. AAA followed by all of the guidelines Covid put in place, but still kept their excellent customer service. It may have even been better than before. You checked in first and they had a woman “quarter backing” to make sure you had everything you needed before waiting in line. This was extremely helpful. She brought me all of the forms I needed so I was ready when it was my turn. The other girl who helped me was really nice and fast at the transaction. They have my 5 year old some kids maps so he stayed entertained the whole time. I’m always impressed at AAA service, but this time really seemed above and beyond.

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed with the service I received the other day at this location. I don’t need to go into the details but basically I was treated like I was at the DMV. I do not pay for a AAA membership for DMV disrespect and attitude!! The guy helping me was rude and did not help with the registration info I needed. I left this AAA frustrated and almost turned around to speak with the branch manager. Instead I came home but still frustrated with my experience I called AAA. As usual on the phone hotline they were very helpful and gave me the direct number to the branch manager. I called the branch manager left a message and never received a return call??They must know they have a problem with the employee I delt with? Not sure as I never was able to speak with the manager. A couple days later I went to the AAA in LAGUNA Hills. At this location I was treated respectfully and was given the information I needed to move forward with my vehicle registration. AAA almost lost me as a customer over the experience I received at this Irvine location.

Experiencia negativa: I paid my registration fees and they took my payment via check and asked me to come back after the car was insured to show proof to the DMV which I did so. After coming back they said they cannot give me my sticker because the person on the registration was not a member. A different office had already reviewed everything and stated it was OK for me to proceed with the transaction since I am a member so now I have to drive back all the way to the city of San Clemente to pick up my sticker plate. The manager was involved and still turned me down
