I recently went on a family vacation to Orlando and oh my goodness! I have nothing bad to say. If you need help with anything please be sure to ask for Allie ! She is the best, and has amazing customer service!

Experiencia negativa: The representatives for EZtravel trips are kind, helpful and will go out of their way to get you what they can within their means. That being said, what they sell is less than 100% honest. I bought a package for $695. The way it was presented to me was that I could stay in certain resorts for 3 nights and 4 days, stay 3nights and 4 days at a brand new resort in Dominican Republic and take a 3 or 4 day cruise all for this $695. If I paid $9.99/month I could upgrade to 5 nights per stay and 5-7 night cruise with no blackout days etc, etc. EZTravel Trips only sells the packages They do not book the packages. Once you get to book the packages, all bets are off. The extra fees that they do let you know will be yours are more than you could ever imagine. We booked a stay in Las Vegas. We got one of the worst hotels on the strip. It had a 6.1 rating and we had to pay an extra $295.00 to stay there. We would have done better if we booked it ourselves. The cruise I ended up booking myself and I’m still waiting for my $150 deposit to be returned to me. They were going to charge me the same price as if I booked it myself plus the money I had already paid the travel company. The bottom line is steer clear. All this just so they can try to sell you a crappy timeshare that they are renaming “vacation time”.

Allie was incredibly attentive from the moment we started planning. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in my trip and recommended [Hotel Name] as part of the itinerary. Their expert advice and attention to detail made the entire process stress-free, and I was able to relax knowing everything was taken care of – from the flights to the accommodations. Communication was always prompt, and they ensured I had everything I needed, including great recommendations for things to do in the area. When I arrived at Country Cascades Waterpark Resort, I was blown away by the hospitality and comfort. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a blend of modern amenities and Southern charm. The check-in was quick, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, and a coffee maker. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the Great Smokey Mountains – close to local attractions, great restaurants, and scenic spots. I loved how easy it was to get around. The on-site breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from, and the fitness center and pool were great additions that made my stay even more enjoyable. Thanks to Allie's expert planning and the wonderful accommodations at Country Cascades Waterpark Resort my family trip was a total success. We highly recommend both the travel agency and this hotel to anyone visiting Tennessee. We can’t wait to work with Allie again for my future travels!

They canceled my reservation and then attempted to say it was my fault. I got all the way to Las Vegas, only to discover that I didn’t have a place to stay. I paid for the entire trip and EZ Travel Trips internally decided that I was at fault, when clearly they were in error. As consolation, they offered to reimburse me $185. This company is THE WORST. Avoid them at ALL costs.

Experiencia fantástica: Our trip to Pigeon Forge was great. Our accommodations at Creekstone in were conveniently located and the views were great. The rooms were nice and recently refurbished. The river being right at the back door provided lots of opportunities to see wildlife and we even had a bald eagle fly right by our balcony. Allie Lowe with EZ trips was quick to help with all questions we had and helped make our trip truly memorable. I would highly recommend this company and their properties when looking for a trip. I look forward to future travels with EZ trips and feel confident that Allie can/will help should I have any future questions.

Experiencia positiva: We took a trip to Williamsburg and everything was just perfect. The history in Williamsburg is like no other. Everyone at EZ travel was so helpful with making the original reservation and checking on us in between and Allie was ontop of contacting us afterwards to follow up with us and sent us the info for our cruise, which is also part of our vacation package. However, trying to get to talk to Kim, who we were told was the only one to help with the all-inclusive Caribbean Resort vacations is a totally different story. A request was sent to her for a phone call and after emailing and not hearing anything back for two weeks I finally got someone on the phone who took down my info and our request for the resort we picked and a couple of dates that would work for us and of course the payment. I was told Kim would get in touch with us to confirm and finalize the dates and everything by the end of the week. Well, the end of the week came and went by and we’re still waiting on her call……I’m sure she is busy if she’s the only one handling this, but this is definitely not good customer service and takes away from the fun you’re supposed to have planning a vacation. Edit: finally got a hold of Kim and we were confirmed on the All-Inclusive Caribbean Resort. Unfortunately we have to sit through another 120 min Time-Share presentation with that resort now too.

Experiencia fantástica: Our stay at the hotel/resort was very pleasant. It was very clean and quiet. The weather was absolutely perfect and my wife Amy and I made the most of our vacation. We started out soring above the trees in a hot air balloon. The next day we went on a two hour long zip line tour above the trees again. The next day we played golf at Gatlinburg Golf Club which is gorgeous. I grew up in Ohio and am a huge Ohio State fan. Amy and I met and ate dinner with a couple from Ohio. We hit it off so well that we spent the evening walking around Gatlinburg with them and are now Facebook friends. During our stay in Gatlinburg we got to see a female elk, two black bears, a deer, and two wild turkeys. Wednesday when we went to play golf we met up with two gentlemen who were also wearing their Ohio State logo golf shirts. From Gatlinburg, we headed to Ohio to visit with family and attend the Ohio State versus Nebraska football game. It was just a great trip overall. Allie Lowe, thank you for all that you did and for making everything so easy. You are a joy to talk to.

Front desk staff was very nice. They gave so much details about historical landmark. We were able to try recommended places to eat. We were given a map of the town. It was very nice that the location was on the same street as all of the dinning places. We took the kids to Kings Dominion in which this was their first time going. I explained to the kids how i created child hood memories in Virginia and wanted them to experience the same. We went to a chic fil a on the nearby college campus. In which the staff gave us details about the college. My 13 year old son now has another college tour added to his list for the future lol. The people in the town were so nice and were genuinely interested in hearing about where we are from and also gave much insight about Virginia. Next time we will definitely make the stay longer as so many folks gave us so much things and places to try.

Experiencia negativa: I just tried to book our first trip that was promised ( was promised 3). We wanted to go to San Antonio, Texas. The lady was setting us up at a Holiday Inn. I was told that we would be set up in resorts but this lady told me no. Then proceeded to tell me that it would cost us another $568 on top of the $598 we already paid. I was told it was free and we had to attend a time share presentation. This SCREAMS SCAM TO ME!! I am filing a dispute for fraud on my credit card and hopefully recoup my money. Never AGAIN!

Experiencia negativa: Have paid for my trip over $1100.00 and is supposed to be in less than two weeks. I have received 0 communication, 0 confirmation after payment and CAN NOT get ahold of anyone. I have tried calling everyday multiple times a day for over a week. I've left voicemails, I've emailed and not I'm leaving this review in hopes of some communication before I dispute all of the charges.

Experiencia negativa: If you got a call from this company, please hange up, it is a SCAM, waste of money and time. Try call their google number, you will be on hold forever, noone call you back. My husband bought a package 299 from their agent saying that he has $400 credit and can apply to this package deal. 2night U.s hotels stay and Carnival cruise 5nights the agent made him pay $167 resort and hotel taxes and claimed that the hotel per night is $400 and that resort fee is the cheapest in San Antonio that weekend 6/29-6/30. It was a lie, hotel invoice show clearly $58 per night. You don't like the fact, call Double Tree Hilton and dispute with them. 2. Next day Sunday 6/30 I went to the presenatation at 10a and sat down start talking with a guy. I expressed myself that I felt i got scammed by EZ travel, booked me a 2 queen size bed and i got a 2 full size bed, charged excessive on hotel fee. That RCI guy right away denied any association with your EZ TRavel Trip and tried to push the blame to your company. Somehow, he felt bad for us and told us to check out and promised will send the Cruise voucher to us via email within a week. Mr. Falcon (business card attached) said, call me if you don't get it. 3. Today, your agent called me and said, that we never complete the presenation and EZ Travel Trip is the one who would send out the Cruise Certificaiton with 14 days from 6/30 and lied about, they can not send it until I gave the confirmation to remove the Credit Card Dispute and the Google review. I just don't trust your words, if you give me the confirmation and what you promised as below then i will give the confirmation in return. At this point, EZ Travel Trip deserve a fraud case, scammed customer and didn not delivery their service/product as promised. 1. I want the make up for that hotel stay - This time no hidden hotel fee or resort fee 2. I want the Cruise ship voucher and clearly stated fee because I am afraid you will charge us excessive on Tip, or cruise tax, resort fee again. a. Hotel room fee $58 from Hilton b. EZ travel trip booking showing 2 Queen bed c. EZ travel trip charge $167 for resort fee d. Mr. Falson business card told me to call him for the voucher within a week if we don't get it. e. A case number from Hitlton complaint.
