Experiencia fantástica: Second visit to this location for an international drivers permit. Not a AAA member, didn't have or fill out an application and forgot I needed two passport photos. Sonja and Nigel were wonderful and took care of everything. I was in/out in under 30 minutes, thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Came here to get my registration tags and the process went extremely smooth. First we arrived right when they opened and were greeted by such a nice gentleman unfortunately i did not get his name! Everyone was welcoming and had smiles across their faces. We were helped by Gwen and she had us in and out in about 10 minutes. Way better than going to the DMV. Will definitely be coming here for future DMV assistance.

Experiencia negativa: Called on 10/28 to take a car off insurance policy. Went through voice prompts and got a live person in insurance department. Told her why I called and she transferred me right back into the same voice system. Hung up, called back. The next guy I got pretended he couldn’t hear me. The insurance reps in the office do not want to speak with you if you’re not calling to buy insurance. They couldn’t care less about helping with a customer service issue. If you’re not buying something, they don’t want to speak to you.

Experiencia negativa: If I could I would give this place a minus rating. Spent 45+ minutes in the DMV express line to pay for my new tags. I eventually complained to the manager who said his staff was all at lunch ("They have errands to run.") Thrn after 10 more minutes, I complained to him again. During this waiting time, the line increased to eight people just in the Express line. Magically two employees appeared out of nowhere to help. My experience here was worse than at the DMV.

Experiencia negativa: Tried to get a homeowners policy. They said my home was 970 feet from some open space and sine it wasn't 1000 feet they wouldn't write it. I tried to cancel my renters insurance, and when the agent realized I wasn't going to purchase anything he transferred me to a virtual assistant who kept trying to sell me insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: Very quick and organized. Very nice and helpful people. I think the services AAA has offered have always been worth the money, even back when I couldn't afford it. Although very clean, the office is very dated and dingy. Feel sad for the folks working there.

Experiencia fantástica: Came here in the afternoon on a Wednesday to get my International Driving Permit. I'm not a AAA member and it was close to closing (16:40), but they still got me in. I did have to wait a little, but I had everything completed and ready when I came, which helped the process. I was able to walk out with my International Driving Permit in hand. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. My experience here did get me interested in what it would be being a AAA member. I would definitely come back to renew my International Driving Permit.

Many choices of instructors for easy scheduling. Prompt, professional and courteous. Good feedback after each lesson. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Great price, easy making appointments. My daughter learned a lot from Jessica Jones and she was comfortable with her. I liked the in person and email reports of how she was doing. I also liked that is was 6 1 hour lessons rather than 3 2 hour lessons like a lot of companies. 2 hours of driving in one session is a lot for a new driver. My daughter passed her driving test first try!

Experiencia negativa: This place is a absolute joke by far the worst AAA I've ever dealt with I've called numerous times because I was told I had to speak to a manager for my insurance left messages and have not received a call back even after me making multiple attempts horrible customer service I'll never use this location and I don't recommend anyone else to now that I'm posting this review this may be the only way I can get a response watch

Experiencia fantástica: AAA has several different services. Towing is always a good service to have just in case. They also have insurance, travel agents and most DMV services. It would be nice if they offer drivers license renewal. Employees have always been helpful and are friendly.

Experiencia negativa: Do NOT have passport picture taken here and do NOT rely on the passport paperwork they provide!! We had our family photos done and completed the beautiful color printed passport application this AAA office provide so that we were 100% prepared for our passport appointment at the USPS office. Or so we thought!! NOPE ...the applications given to us by AAA were printed double-sided and therefore NOT acceptable, so we lost our appointment time because we had to complete ALL NEW APPLICATIONS. Thankfully the passport staff fit us in about 40 minutes later and did not make us come back (super nice staff). THEN we find out our pictures are too dark, so we had to pay to have new pictures taken (once again the passport staff fit us in for photo appointment) ...boy was it obvious how dark our original pictures were when compared to the new photos! After we finished our appointment, I tried to call AAA to let them know about dark photos and incorrect forms/applications, but after sitting on hold and then disconnected three times, I gave up in absolute frustration!

Experiencia negativa: Awful office. Sent them application for IDP. Check was cashed 2 weeks ago, still no IDP. Tried to call them - they don't bother answering the phone.

Experiencia fantástica: I visited this place today for notary services. Employees were in good spirits exchanging roses and strawberries. They were super friendly and even accommodative of my 6yr old daughter. This is definitely much different from my other AAA experience before.

Experiencia negativa: Unrealistic wait times, they lie about how long it will be, having only 1 person working automotive who is spending an hour with a customer is ostentatious. Not to mention they tell you to come back and skip the line to get a stamp and you do that and they tell you to wait again. This place needs a complete process and customer care overhaul. No urgency, no concern for customers. Multiple people standing around doing nothing who aren't properly trained to help customers. Absolute disaster, dmv would do better if that tells you anything about how this branch is run.

Experiencia negativa: The AAA club provides notary service. However to use this service you need to come personally to the club and make an appointment. Then come back again on your appointed time. AAA does not provide phone numbers to the clubs so appointment over the phone is not available. If you check their automated answering machine, it says that it is available on a first come first serve basis during opening hours. This is totally incorrect. Hello, this is the 21st century, we have internet and phone. Is AAA still living in the stone age?

Experiencia fantástica: I had to get a handicapped plaque. I had sent my application to DMV weeks ago but no response was received from them. So even though I had to join the Triple A club to get it I got my plaque without the hassle and fuss of going to the DMV. The people in this office were kind, efficient and they stayed late to help me. As I waited I watched them help others. All the employees were super helpful to everyone. They explained all the situation information to each person carefully and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this office for anything DMV related except getting a driver's license as they aren't allowed to do that.

Experiencia negativa: This is the fourth time I’ve come to this AAA and have them reject paperwork that the DMV has excepted without question. I understand the need for making sure that the paperwork is good but when I can walk in the DMV faster then I can go to AAA. What good does it do to have AAA? Whoever does the preview of the paperwork is unrealistic. The DMV is painfully slow but at least I can get my stuff done.

Experiencia negativa: Today February 9th 2021 a member entered the club claiming that he tested positive with covid-19 3 days ago, apparently he didn't have another option than to go in person because he couldn't do the transaction online. All the rest of the members and employees were exposed to the virus in such a small club. There's no check of temperature at the entrance or any kind of measurements to prevent this to happen. Manager of the club was aware of the situation and did nothing about it.

I was able to take care of Most of my services here, rather than at the DMV, and the time saved is invaluable!! The staff here are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and they will do their best to get your business taken care of right then and there! My clerk went ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet every single need- and answer every single question- of mine. I truly will avoid going anywhere but here in the future!!

Experiencia fantástica: Why wouldnt you be a AAA member? I went there to renew my registration instead of spending a day at the DMV. Other than a short wait...WOW! Sooo convenient. I mentioned offhand that I was planning to get disabled plates for my car (already have a placard), and the rep said, "we have them. Just bring in yours, and we trade them out." Luckily, another customer offered to use his tools to get them off, and they gave me new plates on the spot! No DMV line, no mailing my plates while waiting for new ones, and No charge! The roadside service is also legendary. Get AAA!!

When an issue came up that I'd need to address directly at the DMV, the staff looked up the DMV with the shortest wait times for me and helped me through what I needed to discuss. They were awesome!

You have to wait outside so it might be hot. Other than that I have been there many times and always had good service.
