Susie Sandoval and her manager Dennis Lopez that would not get on the phone to finish the quote for insurance for a new car so now I will go with one of your competitors since you were so rude and so ugly and so mean horrible customer service the downtown Los Angeles office.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff members there and I always receive good, fast and thorough customer service here. It's an excellent alternative to the loud, crowded and horribly-staffed DMV. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!

Experiencia negativa: I was sold an insurance policy under false pretenses. When brought to the supervisors attention, they refused to honor the promise the agent used to close the deal!! Horrible customer service!!!!! I don't recommend unless clear communication to details are made.

Experiencia negativa: Came in around 11:40am and the lobby was packed. There were so many employees and only 1 person was called within 20 mins. The rest of the employees had no one. Horrible service.

Experiencia negativa: Canceling my membership which I've been with for 29 years now and also canceling my insurance with them even though this experience has nothing to do with insurance but there's no way I'm ever doing any type of business with AAA... On any level ever again in my life unbelievable what I just dealt with... Waiting for a tow truck for 6 hours and still no tow truck showed up even though I received over 20 text messages and spoke to five different "supervisors". And still no tow truck .. mind you I'm located on a very very busy street in Beverly hills not like I'm in some rural area this is unacceptable unbelievable I'm in shock on how bad and how much a piece of shi* this company is ...

Experiencia positiva: Generally my experience with the Auto Club has been exemplary! The last time that I had my Porsche taken to the shop I was required by the rep to place it in the street. Since it is an older (vintage) model I do not like for it to be hand pushed unless I do it(even though he offered). Point is that I have never been required to do that before. It seemed as if something was bothering him. Otherwise, the tow accomplished its purpose.

Experiencia negativa: Lousy DMV customer service. The person wasn't knowledgeable enough. I had a 2 hrs.wait on hold with DMV to answer a simple registration question. AAA caused the issue in the 1st. place I just needed a smog certificate. I will NEVER return to this office too against the customer .

Experiencia negativa: Let me start saying that I am not one to leave reviews but I honestly feel like I need to. First of trying to call over the phone to make an appointment like this location now requires (due to the pandemic) is impossible. I had to come in person just to make one. I was offered an appointment for today Monday the 11th at 5:30 not thinking too much of it I was just happy that I was going to get my tags for my car. I come to see flyers that the location “Is temporary closed”. So no one in that office has a phone? No one called me to inform me about these last minute changes. Then I find out that the office closes at 5 so I don’t know why I was offered an appointment at 5:30. Please make it make sense.

Experiencia fantástica: They are really adhering to the covid 19 restrictions with mask and social distancing. They even have hand Sanitizer available. I was There to pay my car registration and the young lady that was helping me was OK but she really need some customer service and communications skill training. She left me pay $312 for 2 years of registration and still needed a smog. I left really angry, I got to the car and I turned Around and When back and ask to speak to a manager spoke to the manager she took the check back cancel that and I had to pay with a $184 got my tags and will get a smog check for the next Year's tags thats due in December that's all the young lady had to explain but she didn't do it in a manner I understood but all is with AAA.

Experiencia positiva: I like this place a lot and it is very convenient. The customer service has always been friendly. There is always a wait to see someone whether it's the DMV or Auto Club. I did have a problem yesterday while waiting in line to pay for my car insurance. Because of Covid-19 we obviously have to practice social distancing but it wasn't enforced very well even though there was security at the entrance. The lines for the DMV or Auto Club we're not defined. Me as well as new arrivals had to ask where the line was and what it was for. Patrons were constantly cutting in front of me and did not maintain distancing.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been two different AAA offices do the Coronavirus they have a small line very courtesy they asked you what you need to go inside get a little small bag put your belongings in you wait like 10 to 15 and you're out of here and very helpful will definitely go back again
