Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience here earlier today. I wish I had gotten the name of the person who helped us ( smart, incredibly helpful young Black woman). She was amazing- super efficient, very personable, and knows her stuff. I was so happy that we got to work with her. It was worth every penny to join AAA just to avoid having to go to the DMV. The woman who helped us told us about all of the other perks that come with membership as well (discount movie tickets, theme park tix, etc). A very pleasant experience!

Experiencia positiva: Decent office. Staff pleasant. Did not have to wait long on either of my two recent visits. Location great for me but in general it's close off the highway. I would avoid late afternoon as the road this is on gets very busy towards rush hour.

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend Jason Loadholt as an insurance agent. He is so helpful, efficient and goes above and beyond. After moving from out of state, he helped me navigate buying in state insurance at the lowest price I’d seen (with my preferred insurance company) and talked me through how to transfer my registration, even helping me last minute before AAA opened to send me additional paperwork the RMV requested. So thankful for all his help!

Experiencia fantástica: Came here for an IDP- International Driving permit. It's cheaper with a AAA membership, might look into premier... Wait time: 5-10 min. When I arrived at 1pm- Line on the left, would recommend going early before rush hour Customer service was amazing here. Stephan was very personable and helped guide me thru the process. Took less than ~5-10 as well and got the IDP the same day so I can go Mario Karting in Japan!

Experiencia negativa: Super long line even with appointment which makes no sense. Why have appointments? Five people without appointments served ahead of those of us with appointments… might as well go to the regular RMV where it is more organized.

Experiencia negativa: Waited 30 minutes for passport pictures to be taken, and they ended up being rejected. I should have gone to the post office to begin with.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for passport photo and account related work. Short line that moved very quickly. Michaela helped me, she was very kind and courteous, she had answers for all of my questions. Highly recommend if you need to get a quick passport picture taken.

Experiencia fantástica: Just renew my DR today as international student in process of switching from post completion opt to stem opt. The staff is professional and they know how to give 180 days extension after my previous ead expires and while uscis is still processing my stem opt. It only takes me less than 20 minutes and I am out for lunch and return to work! Note for international student: due to how database is setup, schedule appointment after current post completion opt expires so that days will show up in SAVE system. Remember to bring i765 and old ead card in addition to passport, i20, and your i94!

Experiencia fantástica: We went there for International drivers permit. The staff there is super helpful and knowledgeable. The line can be a bit long on Saturday as they have limited staff, so go early or go on weekdays.

Experiencia negativa: What is the sense of making appointments online only to still have wait over an hour for your turn. Information given ahead of time on website needs to be updated. Was told that the RMV changed all of their forms on 1/1/23 therefore I had to get out of line to fill out the new form that I filled out on 12/31/22. Same information as the new form. Also you can't keep your old photo on your license here. People need to be informed on line that you have to take a new photo. I was not prepared for a photo and now I'm stuck with a photo that I hate. Beware!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: 1000% better than the RMV, in and out in less than 30 mins providing you did your homework and show up with all the proper documentation for the new "Real ID" which requires 4 forms of identification/residency

The appointment time was on time, and though it's a smallish office it was comfortable and brightly lit. The worst part of this experience was getting the " on line" appointment needed for their service, which is not dealing with a live person. Suggestion; if you're not text savvy have someone who is, make your appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience here yesterday. I went to get a Real ID and was missing some documentation/had the wrong kind. Even though I always check the RMV website 800 times and try to ensure I have everything I need, I feel like every RMV experience takes 2-3 visits to complete. So I showed up and they couldnt accept one of my documents. Instead of turning me away like a typical RMV, the man I was working with (I think he is the manager, bald man I didn't get his name) walked me through how to get proof of residence on my banking app and let me email it to him for him to print out. I know this seems simple, but most places would've just turned me away and told me to come back. I REALLY appreciated this since it takes forever to get an appointment for any of these services. I was really grateful. He was even patient with me while my stupid phone was glitching and very slow. Thank you Newton AAA! Great experience :)

I met the receptionist quickly, waited in the sitting area for about ten minutes and proceeded to the counter. The service was quick and professional, kind and helpful; the fee was $50. Very good experience overall, much better than at the RMV.
