Experiencia fantástica: I went to Xiao Cheng for his assistance several months ago when I needed a visa for China. I don't know if it's still currently the case, but at the time, his travel agency consisted of a desk and chair in an unfinished basement apt. I was super skeptical when handing over my documents, thinking that may be the last I would see of them. But a few days later, Xiao Cheng reached out and said my visa was ready! So, appearances can be deceiving-- he does run a legitimate business and also charges a fair price for his service.

He was always quick to respond with flights and possible routes to take, and the prices. Twice I went to his office in hopes for help booking , and he was ready for me to come by with literally less than an hour notice. I highly recommend this travel agency if you need help traveling to Asia. He is also fluent in English which helps since I’m not Chinese, so he was def a life saver when it came to booking my trip and I had questions/concerns.
