Experiencia fantástica: Recently was in for MVD and insurance services. Both groups were attentive and made the title, registration and new auto insurance process very smooth.

Experiencia negativa: A driver on my policy moved states and got their new license in NM. AAA sent me a policy cancellation notice because that driver now had an expired DL. I didn’t think we needed to notify them since they were authorities when my son got his DL at 16 and they had me add him to the policy. I sent in the DL proof 2/14. My current policy ends 3/15. On 3/14 I call AA about my policy and rate. Underwriting never reviewed my policy and it expires tomorrow. Tomorrow is Saturday and underwriting doesn’t work. I will have a gap in coverage. I’ve never had to chase after someone to do their job. Customer service all told me different things. I was told I would have coverage and today being told I won’t have coverage. Imagine this happens often and people are driving around with no coverage and didn’t really know. I didn’t get a nonrenewal so I’d think I had coverage. Go with a REAL Insurance Company that actually knows what they are doing and manages their insurance company professionally

Raised their rates over 40% with no notice. Then when you call and ask why? They say we didn’t raise our rates.

He went out of his way to help me complete what the state MVD on eagle ranch failed to help me with ! I definitely appreciate him so much and recommend if you need any assistance go to him !!! Experiencia negativa: I have been a member of AAA for over 53 years, and trying to deal with their road service (01-03-2024) is a total nightmare. Their chatbot system both online and via telephone is a total disaster. It is practically impossible to finally reach a human being for help. I am just glad my car wasn't stuck out in a dangerous situation. The tow service companies are sending out incompetent drivers and have rude people on the telephone.

I have had another insurance company for years and my car insurance rates were super high and they doubled my homeowners insurance and I have not had a ticket in decades nor any claims on my house. My mother came in with me because she has AAA for her auto and home and recommended them. David was able to get me a rate for my homeowners that was less than half and lowered my car insurance dramatically! Do yourself a favor and go directly to AAA and they will definitely set you up with wonderful coverage at a great price! Plus AAA gives you a lot of benefits and perks which makes it worthwhile and their roadside assistance is amazing! You also get a discount for being a Costco and Sam's member:-) David did a fantastic job and followed up with me and it was a stress-free transaction. You have a customer for life! Thank you. My former insurance company had licensed agents which I have nothing against but when you go to their offices they're usually never there or they don't call you back with AAA you know you are dealing with professionals who are on your side to get you the best rates!

Experiencia negativa: The WORST AAA experience I have ever had in any state. I went in to pick up a few maps on my way to an appointment, & was there for 45 minutes while they did unnecessary things that I had already told them I had taken care of, & tried to push products & services down my throat that I told them I did not want or need. They obviously have a quota for what they can sign people up for & literally did not listen to a single word I said or cared about my needs. I will never go into this store again. In fact, I needed to go to AAA again, & drove all the way across town rather than deal with this absolutely terrible customer service. AAA- you can do better. Much better.

He is absolutely responsive and friendly. He never left any my call without fast response. More important is that if you come to this AAA office with a goal, Mir helps you to reach exactly your goal. He is very specific and focused on your needs. He is the best AAA agent I have ever worked with in Albuquerque, New Mexico!

Experiencia negativa: my friend car Wasn't working so well so we pulled over call Triple A and waited and waited and waited for 5 hours and then they told us that they only can take 1 person with the driver and there was 3 in the car and the guy that picked us up was Wasn't friendly at all lucky there was this lady and her son offered as a ride thank God that they were nice people Out there we did not get hurt it was scary to trust a stranger we had our car hood up And people kept on stopping in asking us if we were OK and we said yes we called Triple A they laughed and said good luck they won't come for hours if they do and they were right so sad

Come to find out Underwriting will not approve our policy because my husband works as an independent contractor for Instacart. Smh....apparently no insurance will cover my car because of this. Just AAA NM didn't have the courtesy to atleast let us know. Seriously, unprofessional for such an insurance giant like AAA to stoop to such low standards as canceling our policy and not informing us of the situation.

Experiencia fantástica: If ya need insurance or or anything else talk to Mir sharifi he is a very nice guy on the phone and in person and helps any way he can to give ya the best deal and honest and made sure had all the coverage I needed for my vehicle most places will keep pressing ya to get other stuff he didn't he let me know what it covered and if I ever chose to add to what I had to let him know and left it at that so if need other insurance y'all will who I go through I have head injury so some stuff don't understand right away so if I had to double check something just to make sure I understood it right he was patient with me made things so much easier.

Experiencia fantástica: I use the AAA on Coors in ABQ. They are very helpful when I go see them. When I called a few weeks ago, shortly before Thanksgiving, the phone rang a long time before it was answered and it turned out the person was in Las Cruces! She was pleasant and helpful as much as possible, given her location- I was calling about trip information. In regards to the roadside services of Triple A, we have always been satisfied with these. My only issue is occasionally it can be a long wait for the tow truck to arrive. ( over 45 min) However, they have always been able to solve the problem or tow us, etc.

Experiencia positiva: My insurance agent is professional and friendly. Unfortunately my rates are increasing due to the amount of auto theft and crazy speed demons causing accidents. I'm not sure how they compare to other insurance companies. Be aware, they won't pay you the full amount of what your vehicle is worth when you have been in a accident even if it wasn't your fault. AAA's MVD department are limited with the service they provide.

They also have a wide range of services besides excellent insurance rates. This store also offer's many vacation packages that you can come in and browse to see if you're interested in the many locations to have fun. Not only do have very knowledgeable staff working there to help you out with any questions about any destination you may like to visit. Their always willing to help you out with anything you may want , Oh! did I mention that they also offer pass ports, they have the whole set up so you can get up and go . Those that have Triple A insurance can pay your bills right up front at the service desk as soon as you walk in. Believe me this saves on having to mail your payment in saves time too. They have a bevy of I information in the way of brochures explaining everything and anything concerning places you may love to see. Not only here in New Mexico but all over the world. Believe me theirs a little something for everyone. Their store is clean and well maintained and yes they have restrooms for their customers. Theirs ample parking and easy to get to off of Coors Blvd, as a matter of fact you can see the place from the street. The agents are courteous and will answer all your questions. I'm not sure what their hours are but you can always call to find out. Check it out when you get a chance, I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Then later tells me the agent is out to lunch.. can you wait. I did...then she comes and tells me the agent has another appt. Experiencia negativa: Same thing has just happened to me as to Angela in the other review. Got a quote, took my payment, and I signed the paperwork. Now I'm told I owe $169 more. Got it down to $140 but it still is the principle of the whole matter. I received a quote and it was a signed agreement. NEVER sign with AAA!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I discontinued my insurance membership with this company in Feb 2018 because Jeromy Hockett at the coors branch doesn't know how to do his job. He screwed up my insurance policy and got me mixed up with another account. After i discontinued my insurance, these guys tried to collect more money out of me by saying that 1) i didn't pay my premium for March 2018 and 2) that i didn't have coverage for when i canceled my policy. They thought i was stupid that i was going to cancel on policy without having another insurance policy in place. they tried to collect more money from me even after i had statefarm send them a policy cancellation notice (in which they didn't want to accept because they're stage 5 clingers) and chose to send me to collections. I ended up disputing with the credit, which was really easy and they removed it from my credit report. Moral of the story, don't get involved with pyscho company like AAA because they can't handle divorces very well.

Experiencia negativa: Stopped by in person to get assistance with obtaining discounted tickets to Elitch Gardens in Denver as advertised by AAA’s website. Instructed the rep that the website was not cooperating with single day ticket purchases but zero attempts were made to even ask for my member number, fake click the keyboard, or even a pretend phone call. I was redirected to the obsolete website. Helped myself by calling the Denver AAA office directly who were able to assist me with common sense customer service and solutions to this issue.
