Experiencia negativa: We were a group of 6 persons from NJY. We had a 12 days private tour around Casablanca, Fes, the Sahara desert, Chefchaouen, Marratech etc. As photographers, We spent a lot of time taking photos and our guide / leader Lahsen was able to help us to find the scenic spots in different cities and areas. The hotels / RIADs arranged by the MTC were very nice and we all had an enjoyable time in Morocco.

Experiencia negativa: Please BE CAREFUL!! These people are THIEVES!!! For more than 15 years I have been booking our flight to Morocco with this agency. We are a family of 6. Each other year, we booked with them for 6 persons. Last year, I found out they were creating the safer flyer account using our names without telling us. They have been using it to steal all the discounts we have been getting. Since we are family of 6, we have been earning free tickets, but those thieves in this agency took the discount money. I never knew that royal air Maroc airline offers discounts. Please be aware these guys are true thieves and cons

Experiencia negativa: To all Moroccan citizens living in abroad , i inform you that the Oussaden tour company is a big scam travel agency, they will blame anybody in the world for any delays of reimbursements or returning phones or giving responses rather than blame their own representatives , I bought a ticket from them two years ago, i was promised to get back the remaining amount of the total amount I paid for my travel ticket after cutting fees and other type of charges for the ticket cancellation until this moment I still didn’t get my money back, the only excuse they come up after I spoke directly with the company owner himself was that my case was closed so they cannot give me my money back, please I advise all Moroccans stop dealing with this shady tour company, they are just a big liars and unprofessional scammers, so stop dealing with them .

Professionalism, transparency and honesty are the words that can describe their great service. I needed assistance changing a ticket at the last minute, and Lahcen was there to help with that. Another time, I called him from the airport when having an issue with a ticket, and again, he was there to help. This is the kind of customer service one needs. I used their service, will continue to use it, and I highly recommend it.

I called them and got a good deal with a free wheelchair service for my parents, and someone who met my parents at CMN and made their check-in easy. thanks to all the stuff at Oussaden Tours they have done a good job. My parents and I, had a great experience with them (Oussaden Tour) it’s a 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ stars service, they called me 3 days before the flight, and the day of the flight to make sure everything is okay with my parents, also Lahcen called me after my parent arrived to my city to ask about their stay and how they are doing. Thank you. My parents had so much fun during the trip. Everything went smoothly! Thank you again from me and from my parents.

Experiencia negativa: I called to book a flight the person who picked up transfer the call to a guy who I assumed would be the person to help so when I said I wanted to book a ticket to Morocco he just transfer me to another line who went to voice mail without even telling me he was going to transfer me like NOTHING he let me finish my question and sent me on my way to voice mail. Definitely won’t be booking with them unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: I had the same bad experience as نزار اسلام. My trip booked and everything seems fine for 14 days then I got a big surprise when I tried to pull my booking at RAM web site. I got shocked. When I asked the agency why my ticket has been cancelled. They blame for not paying for it however, the transaction shows that it's pending during 14days. So according to them I have to call them. What's the purpose of a booking system or booking through their web site? Bad & unprofessional service.

I’m so disappointed ,I don’t recommend them because of the unprofessional service .
