Please shop with them and if you can't make it in person you can ask them to ship. But a visit is absolutely with it!! Take the bus if you can or else there is some street parking. They put a rush order on my dress and Maile Lei's. Every thing came in on time. On May 19, 2024 we surprised all of our guest in matching Hawaiian attire. The Maile Lei's were the hit of the wedding. The only disappointment is how very few of the goods are actually made in Hawaii. A lot that I saw was made in the Philippines or China. I was hoping this store would be supporting the local economy.

Sure their prices are a bit high, but not any more and I dare say less than buying these goods on the Hawaiian Islands. They also have some beautiful jewelry made from shells and/or bone as well as candies, essential oils, fabric, and a ton of other stuff. The people welcome you with a smile and are helpful and friendly. The only down side to this place is there isnt parking other then on the street and it fills up fast.

Experiencia negativa: Drove from Southern Washington for a day trip to visit here and arrived later than anticipated at 5:35pm, 25 minutes before closing, to find the doors locked and the closed sign on the door, with the staff inside sneaking to the back to avoid being seen. We'll be in town another day but won't bother again.

The people who work there are super friendly, the products are all imported from the Islands, and the fresh Lei's are beautiful. I stop in here as often as I can for the atmosphere and friendly conversations - even if I don't need to buy anything that day. they even have fresh Hawaiian breads available most of the time.

If you're familiar with the Wallingford district and Dick's Drive-in, then you can find this great little store. You can park on the street if their is an opening or park at Golden Oldies Records and walk down. All I was after was Hawaiian themed Christmas wrapping paper. I walked out with 6 roles and a lot more. The owners were so nice and friendly. Not only is this a store, they are also are a travel agency.
