Experiencia fantástica: I booked a Limo Sprinter for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday in style! From the communication with booking to the return home, everything was seamless! The driver (Afraz) kept in constant communication as he headed our way and once he arrived. He was friendly, professional and punctual throughout the entire journey. We were running a bit behind getting ready, I gave Afraz a heads up and he adjusted our schedule with no problem. Once we were ready, he greeted us as we boarded and i was surprised to see birthday decorations and balloons filled the sprinter, a surprise that put a huge smile on my face! We stopped to pick up each of my friends, every time the Afraz parked, opened the door and greeted each of my friends and made sure they boarded safely. We enjoyed the included water and soda, the fireplace setting on the tvs, the ability to adjust the temperature whenever needed and jammed out to our favorite songs with our phones connected to the vehicle speakers. The vehicle was spacious and spotless! We were dropped off right in front of the restaurant and able to enjoy brunch together without worry about getting home! Once we were ready to depart, I sent Afraz a message and he was there ready for us! Afraz and Executive CLS made this a birthday I will never forget!

Experiencia negativa: Called to try to get a limo to drop my granddaughter off at her 10th birthday party..... Literally just a drop off..... And the pickup location and drop-off location were literally 2 miles away from each other...... They gave me a price of $700!!!! ..... Then she told me that it was a specialty vehicle..... LOL..... It must be really special being $700 for a 10-minute ride.

Communication was a key factor in our reservation and Executive CLS delivered as promised! Our reservation included 2 party bus vans, a rolls royce, and a stretch limo. All vehicles were kept in the highest standards and the chauffeurs carried the up most respect toward my guests and the passengers.
