Experiencia positiva: Booked two 2 round-trip flights. Vicky took care of me and also helped me get all my seats next to my traveling minor. I would use these services again. I got paper copy of itinerary but I wish i got itinerary confirmation through email too. Im not a paper person and took a picture before i lost it. Once I download the airline's app I put confirmation code and was able to see my trip and seats.

Experiencia negativa: Literally a scam. $647-679 for a 1stop flight from ATL to LAX when they cost $120-190 online. The workers are nice but this place over charges by ALOT, would never recommend for military personnel

Experiencia negativa: The guy that is supposedly the owner of this building, was absolutely rude! My mom had ordered 6 Disney World 5 Hopper+ tickets online, and made it for pickup, so that I could go get hers when I went to buy my ticket. I got there, waited patiently for 20mins, without any acknowledgement. No problem! Once I was acknowledged, I told him who I was, I had my mom on Facetime to verify her purchase, and told him that she kept trying to video call him to show him her ID(his request). He said "yeah well, I didn't recognize the number, so I declined it"(we both made sure that we told him she had a Texas number when we did a 3-way call, to make sure the tickets were available at this location)! He INSISTED that having a dependent card, does not allow you to enter the parks with these military tickets. I had to show him that BOTH of our ID cards have SP on them for SPOUSE. He says "well, like I said, if you can't get in Disney, don't you dare come back and ask me for a refund!" I definitely replied "Ummmm, we just spent a COMBINED $2,500! What in the world would make you think that talking to a customer like that, is okay? Furthermore, this is NOT our first time at Disney! Did our billing statement shock you or something? To make you feel better, do I need to bring my active duty husband here?" He proceeded to ask me his rank, and I told him that my husband is an officer. He says "well that doesn't matter, I'm the owner here!" I replied "Yeah well that does not matter to me my guy, you don't own Disney, and your demeanor absolutely sucks!" I got my tickets and left before things got out of hand. Had they treated the couple beside me like that, I would've felt a little better. But no, they were all smiles to that young couple that was buying a vacation package for their anniversary. I felt VERY out of place! This is a YEARLY family vacation, and I've NEVER had issues like this at Fort Hood nor Fort Bragg! The picture below, is the sheet that he clearly couldn't read, and was being disrespectful over. If I could give them a 0, I would! It's sad that they have these type of people on base, representing these big companies.

Experiencia negativa: Disappointed as they are only ticketing agency available for military ticketing for MWR on Fort Gordon, GA Not open during COVID, unable to pre-plan travel. Booking became a nightmare.

Now on the other hand, called Fort Jackson August 2016 and they helped me and did save me lots of $$$.
