Experiencia fantástica: Our private tour of Vienna, Prague and Budapest was perfectly organized. We asked the agent Angela to develop a tour for us for 10 days. She took into account all our wishes and developed a wonderful tour. There were no problems with moving from one city to another. The guides were wonderful. There were no problems with communication with organizers of our excursions and trasfers. We highly recommend this travel agency.

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE the way this agency organized travel package to Japan. Everything from the initial inquiry, sharing information, setting up itineraries, providing all required details, choice of hotels location, meals - all was incredibly well. What most important is the price tag, I compared similar package with the GateOne and this could be consider a winner as well. My only recommendation is to downsize some of the sightseeing places and provide more free time for self-exploration places in Tokyo. Again, thank you Glavs Travel and personal thanks to Angela who was prompt on responding calls and messages.

Experiencia negativa: absolutely incompetent employees. The woman sitting directly opposite the entrance knows nothing but the all-inclusive system in the Dominican Republic. He knows nothing at all about other countries and ignores the wishes of his clients. He talks very rudely and doesn't listen. I'm very sorry for the wasted time.

Experiencia negativa: A very disappointing performace. The local agency hired by Glavs for the Portugal tour had multiple mishaps and cut the program short. When we wrote a letter enumerating 9 valid complaints, the agency took position that it has nothing to do with them and let the local Portugal company come up with irrelevant excuses. Glavs is a straw man who refuses to take responsibilities and admit errors event hough it got paid well for its services.

We worked with Angela on both our trips and she was exceptionally knowledgeable and great to work with. Everything went smoothly because Glavs Travel Agency work with great partners in Portugal and Switzerland. We had wonderful time, from the moment we were met at the airport to the moment we ended our trip. Hotels, transportation, amazing tour guides, flexibility and additional options made our experience great.

Experiencia fantástica: In November, 2023 we travelled to Japan with Glavs Agency. From the time I started my inquiry about the tour, everything was detailed and clear. Angela was very helpful and cooperative to solve any issue I had. We planned our trip with Angela and she was fantastic. Communication between us was clear and she was swift in her responses. Everything went smoothly because of her meticulous planning. Air tickets were booked in advance for a good price, hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto were centrally located and comfortable. Japan is a lovely place with amazing experiences. . The places of interest, where of historical significance, the culture came alive at every stop, particularly in Kyoto. The foodie experience was brilliant with every city having its own specialty. I have been to many countries, but for me Japan is amazing....best ever travel experience ...loved every minute.....

Experiencia negativa: Trip to Emirates Первый день, потерян вовсе, включал в себя только заселение в отель, при том что мы были в отеле в 10 ам. Никто не обьяснил, куда можно пойти, что делать. Второй день: Программа очень "насыщенная". 15 мин. на фото на фоне дворца шейха на расстоянии 500м. 10 мин. "круиз" на лодке., восточный золотой базар -1 час!!! В 2рм мы были в отеле и свободное время до 7рм. Как можно составлять такую программу. Следующие впечатления изложим исходя из того, какие впечатления получим в последующие дни.

Guide director in Italy, Alla is extremely nice person and it was a pleasure to have her as guide director. All excursions were extras. The russian guides were great. Excursions all very educational. Хамство неприкрытое, грубость поражающая. Вместо того, чтобы нанять вежливых адекватных сотрудников, предпочитают держать там брайтонских хабалок. Свяжитесь с недовольными клиентами, почитайте отзывы, отправьте человека под видом клиента и разберитесь уже в этом бардаке. Заодно увидите срач, в котором сидят эти ваши сотрудники, благодаря которым половина клиентов убегает сразу же, а вторая половина после личного общения с нервными самоуверенными недоброжелательными неадекватными дамочками.

Experiencia negativa: Purchased trip with romantic name "Mediterranean fairy tale plus Paris"...Nicely packed trip with a lot of excursions, the only reason I gave then 2 stars because of the professionalism of guide that did tours with us, educated and knowledgeable. The only semi decent hotel was in Barcelona. everything else was just horrible. One of the hotels smelled like it was homeless shelter at least. Paris excursions were very poorly organized, to say the least. And to top it all the flight back to US was moved from 3 pm to 11 am, and no one notified us. Airline representative said that they notified the travel agent, who in turn swore to me that they got no communication from airline. As a result you can imagine the frustration trying to leave Paris, missed connecting flight and had to drive another 8 hours to get home. As I came home, I contacted Elena Vlasov, who sold me the trip, and she just ignored everything I said. So, they might be ok if you only get tickets from them, even then, they do not guarantee anything, but if you buying trips, think twice before spending that much money, I know for a fact, I wont ever use them for anything

Experiencia negativa: My parents purchased their hotel stay and spa package at Karlavy Vari, Chech Republic through Glavs Travel Agency. The agency did notify my parents that the hotel had a fire three months prior to their stay and the pool and aquatic procedures of the hotel are not available during their stay in September of 2017. My parents specifically picked this hotel for their spa services as they have stairs there before. After they arrived, the travel agency told them that they may use a pool at a different hotel; however, that is not what the local representative told them. They were only limited to a one visit to a different hotel's pool. DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICES.

Experiencia negativa: What a disorganized, poorly planned and poorly managed trips. You will wind up paying extra for practically everything once you arrive in Italy and Switzerland. Hotels are horrible, food is uneatable. The only people who were happy are tourists from Ukraine and Russia. Do yourself a favor, look for other options? We work too hard to waste our vacation time and money. You will not like it unless you fly in form Karpinsk, Sverdlovsk Oblast. Sorry Karpinsk.
