Initially was too pissed to rate as giving one star still felt like too much but further realized had responsibility to try and warn others. Communication and customer service was poor. To be safe I declined and booked through a more reliable method.

Experiencia negativa: Usually I don’t give bad reviews but here I want to give a big heads up and hopefully it will help you! You will talk to a person who will give you a decent deal and they will sound very trustworthy, of course the price is higher than the advertised. They will email you the ticket and then will cancel it few days prior without even notification. They will blame the airline. Crazy never had that experience in my life. Do not work with them if you want to save money. Last minute cancellation can cost much more than a little savings in your ticket.

And you will not be traveling anywhere. Any review you see here that is positive is a FAKE review created with fake accounts. Don't make the same mistake as us.

James at FareCorner called me right away after I booked online. It was a little more for better seats, but much cheaper than what I was looking for, since I was restricted to certain times and days I can fly out. Experiencia positiva: Paris did a good job but I'm not happy with the position I was put in when it came to paying for the tickets the price on farecorner site was reasonable but I was told that economy seating was sold out due to the holiday travelers and needed to upgrade to the main cabin for an additional charge. come to find out there is no economy seating on the plane just main cabin, comfort seating and first class. With a party of six people Our seats that were picked automatic are not together. and are in the very back of the plane which is called main cabin so there is no economy seating , we did not get a pick of which seats we wanted. Sorry Paris .

He has been getting Radiation treatments for Stage 3 Prostate Cancer, which has made it an extreme urgency to make multiple trips to the bathroom, with no ability to control his bladder. Standing in lines, or feeling trapped and not able to make it to a bathroom is not something he can do right now. I called my agent, James Jackson, and told him that I needed his help to cancel our reservation. He asked me why, and as soon as I told him, without questioning me further, he said, "We will cancel your tickets, Mrs. Corn. " He is the kindest and most professional person. They still charged my card and they refuse to refund me. I will never recommend them, they're scammers who are cowards.

I booked 4 economy flights online for what seemed to be an exellent price for airfare. 10 minutes after booking I receive a call with unfortunate news; the flights were no longer available but for a higher price I will get upgraded to the "main cabin" (still economy) I told them to cancel my booking (clearly stated on the website no cancelation fees within 24 hours) but they insisted that there will be a $30 cancelation fee per flight. My husband already had the credit card company on the line warning them about FARECORNER LLC being scamers and to cancel any transaction they might attemp. Wasted about 45 minutes being transfered to supervisors that told me my options were to either upgrade or pay the cancelation fee. Don't do business with them avoid having your day ruined by scamers. I'm giving them the 1 star because I have to.. they deserve nothing.

They will sell you inexpensive tickets online and call you the next day and ask for more money claiming the tickets you bought were no longer available. They will try to sell you upgraded tickets and then describe the exact ticket that you thought you had purchased. I don't know how they have such a good rating on Trust Pilot, but even the good ratings describe this exact situation as well.

They had the best deal available on the airfares I needed to purchase, so I decided to purchase from them. There was another site with fares just a bit more expensive than them, so I chose farecorner for their best deal. A payment transaction took place, and I thought I was going to be able to check off my to do list. However, the next day, instead of an email confirmation, I received an email asking me to contact them. So I did (however, it is extremely difficult to contact them by phone. Finally, I was able to make contact and spoke with Max at ext. 481. He explained that the economy seats I had reserved were sold out, but that they could bump us up to better seats for an additional $100 per person. To which I replied, "No. I do not wish to pay more. I paid for the economy seats, a transaction was made, I want the seats I paid for at the AGREED price." As those seats were no longer available, he offered to bump us up with an additional $40 per person. Again, I refused to be charged more for something I had already agreed to its cost, and had paid for. So Max was able to get a supervisor's approval for upgraded seats at no additional charge. He reassured me I would receive an email with a confirmation within the next two days. However, what I received instead was yet, another email asking me to contact them. I've been trying to contact them at the number they give me for almost 2 weeks. Finally made contact with Max today. This company cancelled my reservation. Now, I am left shopping for higher fares, as my travel dates are soon approaching. This people are playing a nasty game. They offer fares that are not available, and they know it. You pay, then they contact you to tell you your fare is no longer available, that is sold out, but you can be moved to another seat for $100 more each passenger , etc., etc. Very disappointed . Terrible way to treat customers.
