Experiencia negativa: This place is one big misleading scam start away they are horrible and is never up front with you it’s always more to the story with these guys please stay clear they are always in front and across from the stratosphere they will trick and mislead you on prices they tell you one price then a whole bunch of other prices pop up that you will not be expecting Because they haven’t told you just horrible I had a very bad vacation because of this travel agency !

Experiencia fantástica: I'm blown away by this travel club membership. They offer tons of unique options and even offer a private website portal with discounts to navigate and book yourself. I love the fact that they have a fulfillment center to help book when you are not sure, and they are there all the time, Monday through Saturday. Literally enjoyed a 8 day, 7 night trip recently for peanuts and even no resort fees in Las Vegas. Thank you Share Life!

The discounts are fake and so is this company! If i could give them a zero, i would give the a thousand of them! They are scammers and do nothing to help you and take your hard earned money, and try scare tactics to keep you as a customer. People need to run as fast as possible to get away from them, or you'll get scammed!!! The 5 star ratings are not real, so don't believe those post as they probably work for the company. I just reported them to the BBB in hopes of stopping them from scamming others!!! RUN DON'T WALK AWAY

My partner and I have had several trips with them now and after finishing up our last one I can confidently feel that way. Experiencia negativa: TOTAL SCAM- they state one amount then continue to charge you monthly fees for as long as they can meanwhile your actual “loan has no real balance on it” $200 I had left to pay but if I didn’t call they would charged me for another 8 months at 59.17 plus a membership fee. Their rates are terrible on hotel stays and flights.

Experiencia positiva: I spoke with Jay, Supervisor and he is trying to work with us. As we are 76 & 77 we really could not benefit from this membership. We traveled across the US 2024, Id to Fl (Idaho home on the west side of the state to Ft Lauderdale ) for weeks. We were expecting to our membership to help us select really low priced hotel choices. As we are on a very tight budget we really had higher expectations from the sales pitch we bought into in November in Branson MO. 5-2025 I am impressed with Jay who was really trying hard to compensate for our disappointment and would like to compliment Jay for being so Kind, helpful, patient. I will change my rating because He tried to help make me a satisfied customer.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member for about 2 years now and it has been great. Cuddos to their customer service department. They are always there to help and walk you through everything from a through z and are very nice! One of their agents helped me and my family plan a family vacation to Hawaii and it was amazing. Saved so much money on a vacation home we rented for a little more then a week and they assisted with helping us book car rental, airfare and tickets for tours at such a great price. It was a great experience. So thankful for the Sharelife family!

Experiencia negativa: OMG went to a presentation while in Vegas, you know who doesn't like discount museum tickets ‍♀️ BIG MISTAKE....tell me why was there a ROACH running around in the salesroom! HOW are you gonna try and sell me hotel rooms and vacation condos and you got roaches!! We got up and walked out....that's DISGUSTING! They can keep the $46 I paid for the tickets we were supposed to get...I'm just thankful I didnt eat the cookie I was offered.

Experiencia negativa: Scam!! Like others have said in their reviews, this was not what I bought into. I was one of the few dumb ones to fall for it I guess. They throw a lot of stuff in front of you to get you to sign. Later on you find out all those $50 hotel gift cards they gave you can only be used once a month and only one per stay. How does that help. I will never be able to us them. Expedia has way better deals and options that you can choose from without having to call someone. Better off just doing it the old fashion way.

Experiencia negativa: Thieves!! They will rob you blind. Their vacation club is sold by their sales company called MOA or Members Only Access. Sharelife will deny all wrong doing based on the fact that the fraud was not them but MOA. Both companies are LYERS AND CHEATERS We joined the vacation club for a $5,995 membership fee paid by check. After joining we found out that the membership benefits were offered by numerous other companies for the same or better price and NO MEMBERSHIP FEES. So, we canceled under their 3 day recission guarantee exactly as outlined in the contract. The admit we are due a refund. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND OUR $5,995 membership fee. It's over two months now of almost daily emails and phone calls and all we get from Sharelife and MOA is that the check is in the mail or an ACH has been ordered. LYERS!!! I have filed fraud charges with the FTC and getting my attorney involved but this is just wrong and deliberate evil company.

Experiencia negativa: I was on vacation and visited the pawn shop from Pawn Stars and this company had their guys posted outside, and convinced us to take an uber to this place and said if we filled out a survey we would get free meals at restaurants. They assured us it would take a half hour, we ended up wasting 2 whole hours in the middle of a day of our vacation! Now we get back home to Michigan and the coupons are fake! Only $5 off and that is NOT worth hours of my time at this company! They scammed us out of our vacation time, time we can't get back. Shame on both them and Pawn Stars for allowing them to be lying outside their business! Nothing good EVER comes out of a timeshare company. I'll be warning everyone I know!

Experiencia negativa: Share Life Vacations is a scam-sales rep was demeaning and angry when we questioned her. It is a time-share type business that gives you the restrictive parameters in which you can travel. The “rewards” for listening to their talk requires a credit card and costs you a significant amount of money for “taxes and fees”.

This got so bad I had to cancel my credit card so they would call me back when I stopped paying. 100% garbage service.

Experiencia negativa: This Sharelife Vacations is a complete scam. We never recieved our login info for two weeks. We were unable to get in and check out the properties or how it worked. We only had 3 days to cancel but we continued to wait for our login info. After being able to get in and look at what they promised us was such a great product. We were unable to get a handicap room that would work for my husband who is a paraplegic. Also trying to get an airline ticket and not being able to choose our own seats was not an option either. This is a complete scam. The price different in this product is lititally only pennies to what you can call and get a reservation for at the same place. And you have no control of what you need. I REPEAT THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND IT WILL LIKLEY BECOME A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT BEFORE IT IS OVER. IT WILL BE THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

Not only are the vacation packages not actually cheaper through their website but they also don’t follow their promises regarding refunds etc. Their sales reps lie about knowing certain people to make you comfortable to purchase, then they tell you you can get a refund if you change your mind within so many days, once you change your mind and call them to cancel they stonewall you. They don’t call you back, they steal your money, and we’re out $2500 because of their fraud. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Our agent acted sketchy the whole time; then sent in someone else to try and swing us. Then they gave us way less than promised. The ladies at the front desk was absolutely no help and continued to act busy for the most part. I’m so happy we decided not to do business with them if this is their first impression!

My husband finally reached someone and the person said he canceled the service but we didn't receive a confirmation number. And we are still receiving emails saying we owe. This place is a scam.

Experiencia negativa: Do not walk, run as fast as you can away from this company. Claim to be BBB accredited, they are not. After waiting five days for them to give us access to the website, we checked on their “no fees” policy. There are definitely fees on the time shares they claim they don’t sell, and even fees on they “free” gifts they said we would get the day of the seminar. It took them eleven days to send the gift certificates. Decided to cancel, but they said we had to do it within three business days of seminar. So we were a day late and they refuse to make any kind of settlement with us, when they were a week to 11 days late with their promises. Their rep hung up on me when I tried to talk about our options. He just said “the boss doesn’t like to give back money.” Be aware that they have shell companies they claim are not really associated with them and you have to battle two sets of people to try to get any money back.

They could start by being honest in their dealings with people and up front about the”product” they sell. They tell you you have three days to cancel and get your money back. We didn’t even get the proper login information for five days to view what they had to offer. Rude person on phone just says “ the boss doesn’t like to refund money.” Then he hung up on me. When I called back he said I better get a lawyer if I wanted to try to recoup my losses. Oh, and the gifts they promise you will get the day of the presentation, it took eleven days to get some coupons that we had to pay if we wanted to redeem them. The cruise we requested a quote on (took five days to get) was $300.00 more than price through regular travel agent, we didn’t have to pay thousands of dollars for a membership.

I tried to navigate the cruise portal during the presentation and the computer kept kicking me out. The rep says you have to call the 1-800-number to actually book the cruise. At the end you only get a percentage of restaurants etc… Waste of my time.

The gifts are not what they claimed to listen to their salespitch. Complete waste of time. They are now calling me to collect money. Stay away from this scam!!!!!!

Comedy shows that they claim are free but are just a percentage off, money towards dinner that are just a percentage off. If I could give this place a negative star I would. It was a complete waste of time. They claim their prices are cheaper for vacations but it’s damn near the same price. Don’t waste your time.

Experiencia negativa: Wonderful sales experience in Las vegas. It looks like a well-designed program but I cannot get assistance from customer support to use this thing. I never received the cards I was promised for completing Kevin's survey and it's frustrating to spend big money and not get service. I have missed eight travel opportunities to use something that I bought and don't understand. Hopefully another department will read my review and care enough to reach out to me at the number on file. Until then, I am a dissatisfied customer.

Experiencia negativa: I was not happy with the end result of this company we decided not to join their membership and they were supposed to provide us a ride back to our hotel after waiting and waiting and waiting no one showed up so I had to go back inside and ask where our transportation was and they eventually ended up calling an Uber for us meanwhile other people that were there already had their rides waiting for them when they came outside so I was not happy with that basically this company is you pay a membership to get discounted hotels and then you make money by basically referring people...... Not my type of gig

And they do not give you the gifts that they say they will give you. If you see them, don’t make eye contact and run. At least with Hilton, they are honest and upfront.

Experiencia negativa: Scam, The offers that they give aren't exactly what they tell you. They offer gambling voucher - that are only for promotional slots that you need to hit a jackpot in order for any money collection, Anything less is not counted. Dining vouchers are a hassle to redeem and it's for coupons not for gift cards even though they tell you its gift cards. Thus would take an eternity to use the dining vouchers as they aren't gift cards to a specific restaurant. As their promotions are this bad I imagine their vacation club would be even worse. Don't waste your time or money. Also advertised that it would be a 30 minute survey, we rushed them and were still there for over an hour
