Experiencia negativa: FAKE REVIEWS! Look at the time of these other reviews. Not a single person is from the local area. Instead, these reviews are from all over the country and the world. I reached out on the website to schedule a phone call. No follow-up. I called the number in store, and we set up a time to discuss this further. We did not receive a call around the scheduled time. I called Hicham shortly after to ask if we need to reschedule, he tells me he would call back in an hour to discuss - he had someone in the store. I'm still waiting on that phone call. He followed up with a text. He wanted an email with info for our trip we hadn't even discussed yet. There is no customer service here. We will be continuing our search for a reliable and accountable travel agent.
