Experiencia negativa: I went to this location for TSA-Precheck Enrollment. All the necessary documentation was completed online and all that needed to be checked was the proof of citizenship and the fingerprints. The office was busy, however, as advertised online, it states that the office on Saturdays is open until 1:30PM. Both the website to set up an appointment, as well as, the website for AAA itself did not mention walk ins not being welcome an hour before closing time. I decided to go to the location and walked in at least 45 minutes before the location closed to get everything that needed to be completed done with. I was immediately told that they do not accept walk ins after 12:30PM, an hour before the location closes. If this was the case, that should be advertised to people before they come. It was honestly a bogus excuse just because they were busy at the time. Go to a different location that actually stands by what is advertised on their own sits.

Experiencia fantástica: A shout out to Charmaine Adams and Rocio! Every time I go into AAA of East Meadow. I always feel welcomed! I always walked in there completely stressed when its related to the DMV. Due to the forms and hoping I am not missing any of documents that I need. I been going here for years and time after time Charmaine and Rocio makes you feel welcomed and they walk you through everything. When you walk out of there you feel a sense of relief and happiness. They helped me big time today! I sent about 5 close friends of mine there and they all had a great experience as well. They are great with other stuff as well, they take the time to show you want you can get out of the membership with traveling and other discounts. They always look out for the customer and getting the best deals for traveling. Whenever I need something or have a question they both take their time to help with smiles on their faces. Great customer service! The rest of the team is awesome too. But these 2 always make it worth have the membership and no stress!

Experiencia negativa: The worst customer service experience i have ever had! I was there for TSA Precheck a few weeks ago. I gave my AAA card to Charmaine and was told to have a seat. After 25 minutes of waiting, was told the precheck system was down and to add another 30 minutes to your appointment time. I decided to leave, I asked for my AAA card back and to reschedule. I was informed I was never checked in. Charmaine not only failed to check me in but she lost my card in the process. I waited an additional 10 minutes and was promised that she would find it. She never did. She took my number and promised to call me once she located it. I wasted 45 minutes the following day try to contact this branch. I was finally transferred through and was given an attitude by the first woman that a new card was ordered. I asked to speak with a supervisor and I given Charmaine. She was dismissive and rude. Acknowledged that she didn't call me because she ordered a new card instead since she couldn't find it but truly couldn't be bothered. I decided to go to a different facility for my precheck since this location is beyond incompetent. I still haven't received my replacement card!

They helped me troubleshoot some stuff that I was really stuck with and couldn’t get many answers to from a variety of places via their dmv services. They also helped me with NYS licensing services. It was a quick and efficient process, and less busy than the dmv so everything was nice and streamlined and professional.

Experiencia negativa: While the location was convenient for me, that's where it ends. Believe it or not, it's easier and quicker if you make an appointment at your local DMV office. This location has two people handling dozens of DMV transactions. I had to wait 45 minutes for a simple plate return with an appointment. Avoid, unless you enjoy sitting around.

I have had the pleasure of using AAA’s services, at their East Meadow location, and cannot say enough about the excellent experiences I have encountered thanks to the incredibly professional team. From Shannon, to Rocio, Cayla, Nina, Omar and Charmaine, one knows their needs are being addressed in the most thorough and fastest manner. This team presents as confident, knowledgeable, punctual, welcoming, and patient. They all are excellent listeners when you may have a problem with DMV, need to register a vehicle, or any other issue. They take the time to provide you with any necessary paperwork and instructions. They will highlight what needs to be completed on forms, will call you back once they find an answer to a problem (TYVM Shannon!), and always make sure you are completely satisfied with everything before you leave their office! Experiencia negativa: **Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Service and Inefficient Customer Support** I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from AAA. The experience was not only unprofessional but also caused significant inconvenience and frustration over a period of approximately six hours, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. **Firstly, my dissatisfaction with the technician:** 1. The technician who arrived did not solve any of my car's issues. He refused to jump-start my vehicle or replace the battery, despite my requests. Essentially, he did no work at all. When I insisted that he at least attempt to jump-start the car, he responded by saying, "If I jump-start your car, you will die on the road, or your car will die on the road." This statement felt like a blatant threat, which was both unprofessional and unacceptable. **Secondly, the customer service experience was equally unacceptable:** 1. After above bad experience, I had to call AAA three times again during this ordeal. On my first call, I was promised that a technician who could replace my battery would be dispatched. However, during my second call, I was informed that no technician could come because the staff had finished their shifts. Instead, I was told a jump-start service provider would be sent. 2. After waiting for another half hour, I called a third time, only to be told that the jump-start technician would not come because the initial technician had claimed that my car could only be towed. This caused further delays and confusion. 3. Additionally, throughout this experience, I received a text message from your system claiming that the technician had arrived and was waiting for me outside. I stood outside for over an hour, but no one ever showed up. In total, I was left waiting for over five hours with no resolution. This situation was not only frustrating but also demonstrated a complete lack of efficiency and communication within your organization. As a loyal AAA member, I expected much better service and professionalism. I request that AAA review this incident and take appropriate action to ensure that other customers do not experience the same level of frustration and inconvenience. I would appreciate a prompt response to this complaint and any information on how you intend to address these issues.

Experiencia positiva: It has helped my dad with car insurance and everything for him. Unfortunately the defense driving course was a major disappointment because they made me retake the entire course 3 times and re-pay. I also didn’t appreciate that there is a timer when I really need to take my time on doing these kind of courses. I took this course so I can keep my drivers license. Taking a course from AAA is overall an absolute disappointment.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible...first off it was very warm in there. I checked in at 1235 for my 1245 appointment to register a car. A women took my info and told me I'd be called. The place was pretty packed but there was no reason that we all had to listen to a woman speaking extremely loud with other people on speaker phone about getting a dead relatives body released to them for about 10 minutes. One of the 4 employees should have asked her politely to step out outside. Other folks came in after me and most didn't have appointments and were told people with appointments would be seen first....so how did 4 people come in without appointments and they were helped immediately over the rest that had appointments. I walked out at 1:15 and they could of cared less. Never again.

I was informed that there would be a little bit of a wait, but she could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The world could use more people like her. And on another note, the bathrooms were spotless.

Very rude and unprofessional! Other staff on the floor they were too busy talking and texting! Only one person working, they seem to hate their job!

Experiencia negativa: So this AAA does the TSA Pre-Check I came to this location with my parents without an appointment and was informed of a maximum wait time of one hour due to the lack of an appointment. Although Omar provided professional and courteous assistance, our wait extended from 1:30 to 3:40. Despite having five staff members, only one was processing TSA Pre-Check applications, prioritizing those with appointments. While I understand the importance of accommodating scheduled appointments, the staff member handling TSA Pre-Check was discourteous, refusing to assist my parents, even though my mother was nearly late for her chemotherapy appointment. The application process typically takes less than five minutes but took over 30 minutes under her handling. She adamantly declined assistance, stating that they were closing at 4 pm and instructed us to return another day. Despite the relatively straightforward nature of the task, her attitude was dismissive, and staff members appeared disengaged, even taking lunch breaks while attendees waited. This experience was disorganized and unacceptable. Please go to another location! The staff are rude except for Omar who was doing work instead of texting and eating and gossiping like the rest!

I found out through the normal DMV site that this was an option instead of going to the 'real' DMV when trying to schedule an appt. Through the DMV website, it looks like AAA locations offer the same services as the normal DMV minus the insane wait times.

Just a little suggestion in the digital time when paper statements or similar are almost non existent they should be able to print documents from our phones to their printers to avoid to look for a place to do it.
